Work closely with the Buying Team, helping them understand time-to-market requirements, minimum units per store, and distribution implications when planning new collections. Analyze potential sales and stock gaps across stores and identify opportunities to improve product availability and collection performance. Support the analysis and execution of the core distribution principle: sending the right product to the right store, at the right time, in the right quantities. Prepare and maintain the Retail Calendar, coordinating key distribution and commercial milestones throughout the season. Support distribution actions, including stock reinforcements, stock transfers, and consolidation, based on product and store performance. Support core distribution functions, including first allocation and replenishment, ensuring efficient product flow across the store network. Prepare regular reports and analysis using Excel, Power BI, and other analytical tools to support business and distribution decisions. Identify trends, discrepancies, and improvement opportunities and proactively communicate recommendations to relevant stakeholders. Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between Buying, Logistics, Distribution, Retail, and Planning.<br>Requirements Previous experience or internship in Demand Planning, Merchandise Planning, Allocation, Supply Chain, Distribution, or Retail Planning is preferred. Fluent English is required. Russian is a plus. Strong analytical and numerical skills with a structured approach to problem-solving. Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel; experience with Power BI or other data visualization and analytical tools is highly desirable. Strong interest in fashion retail, merchandising, inventory management, and product distribution. Ability to work with large datasets and translate data into clear, actionable insights. Strong attention to detail and ability to monitor multiple products, stores, and deliveries simultaneously. Proactive mindset with the ability to anticipate issues and take action before they impact the business.
