Job Summary Seeking an experienced Information Security Administrator to support and strengthen its Information Security function. The successful candidate will be responsible for administering day-to-day information security operations, ensuring compliance with governance frameworks, managing security policies and standards, and supporting risk management initiatives across the organization. You will systematically plan, implement, and report on audits, inspections and tests across the network as well as of the start-up new stations whilst ensuring the effective implementation of the AOSP, SSP, Station Specific and SOPs standards and international aviation regulatory compliance.</p><br><br><p><strong>In this role you will:</strong></p><br><br><ul><li>Ensure audits, inspections, and tests are meticulously planned, scheduled, arranged, and conducted according to the calendar and current requirements, adhering to audit minimums.</li><li>Emphasis will be placed on stations with historically elevated findings, with priority given to high-risk stations and those outlined in the New Start-up Airports Roadmap.</li><li>Support Manager-AVSEC Compliance & Assurance with all industry and government audits (IOSA, ISAGO, GCAA, AA and Regulators of Country of operations/Member States, Customer Air-carrier, third parties, internal and external departments, etc.) Ensure all team auditors/Inspectors are current with all necessary training and qualifications as per regulations.</li><li>Support the Manager Security Assurance in developing and implementing a total Compliance & Assurance management framework, including systems and processes which adhere to both external/internal requirements and standards.</li><li>Develop and enforce an AVSEC Quality Control Program and audit framework to ensure compliance across all departments and stakeholders. This includes conducting regular audits, initiating Root Cause Analysis, and implementing corrective actions promptly to address audit findings and meet regulatory requirements.</li><li>Follow-up with Dubai/network stations to obtain root cause, corrective and preventive actions on all overdue findings, escalating as necessary to senior management.</li><li>Maximize the use of Quality Control & Assurance electronic systems, databases, and audit tools to ensure compliance with regulations and Security Programs. Maintain and utilize an operational KPI reporting dashboard to analyse and generate monthly reports, identifying and addressing KPI deficiencies for management attention. Provide comprehensive data analytics to support detailed reports and KPI assessments.</li><li>Where applicable, assess standards against defined Programmes and in league with competitor standards, helping the Department in improving service standards to match or exceed. Apply AVSEC Quality Control & Assurance management tools and statistical process control techniques to identify patterns and make recommendations for improving quality. Lead presentations to report trends and areas for continual non-compliance.</li><li>Conduct audit to applicable Contracted and Authorized Representative Security Service Providers with all interface departments and stakeholders within and outside the Emirates Group, to ensure business partners and stakeholders comply with all AVSEC regulatory and AVSEC quality control & assurance requirements.</li><li>Support the creation of comprehensive audit plans and schedules across the network, allocating resources for audits, inspections, exercises, and tests, including oversight audits with SkyCargo.</li><li>Validate all observations against AVSEC regulatory programs, SOPs, and SSPs before finalizing audit reports for senior management. Analyse and produce monthly reports on audit findings, non-compliance, violations, and breaches to enhance processes, systems, and performance continuously.</li><li>Support the review, preparation, and alignment of AOSP, SSPs, SOPs (including those of contracted aircraft operators with EGS), AVSEC-related standards, procedures, and processes.</li><li>Ensure effective implementation of documented criteria and align ground practices and procedures accordingly.</li></ul><br>Qualification<p><strong>To be considered for the role, you must meet below requirements</strong></p><br><br><ul><li>Hold a completed Degree or Honours qualification (12+3 or equivalent). A qualification in Aviation Security Management, such as a Degree, Diploma or Certificate, would be an added advantage.</li><li>Bring a minimum of 5 years' experience in security, with demonstrated experience in AVSEC, Audit and the airline industry.</li><li>Be a qualified Inspector / Auditor and hold industry-related aviation security certification from IATA, ICAO and other recognised organisations.</li><li>Possess knowledge and experience in ACC3 & RA3 requirements, relevant Quality tools, and aviation security standards and recommended practices, including Annex 17 and Doc. 8973 of ICAO, NCASP and NCAQCP of GCAA and other countries, Acts of Unlawful Interference, and AVSEC-related Conventions.</li><li>Demonstrate excellent report writing, team management and training skills.</li></ul><br><p>At Emirates, we’re committed to helping our people grow and thrive.
