<p>We are seeking a <strong>professional, reliable, and safety-conscious School Bus Driver</strong> responsible for the safe and timely transportation of children to and from the nursery/school, field trips, and other approved activities.</p><p>Key Responsibilities</p><ul><li><p>Safely operate the assigned school bus and follow approved routes and schedules.</p></li><li><p>Conduct daily vehicle safety and condition checks.</p></li><li><p>Comply with all <strong>UAE traffic laws, RTA regulations, and school transportation safety requirements</strong>.</p></li><li><p>Ensure children board, travel, and exit the bus safely.</p></li><li><p>Maintain accurate student attendance and transportation records.</p></li><li><p>Maintain a clean, secure, and orderly bus environment.</p></li><li><p>Communicate professionally with parents, students, teachers, and management.</p></li><li><p>Immediately report accidents, incidents, delays, or vehicle defects to management.</p></li><li><p>Follow all nursery/school policies and child safeguarding procedures.</p></li></ul><p><strong>Desired Candidate Profile</strong></p><p>Mandatory Requirements</p><ul><li><p><strong>UAE Residence Visa Profession: “Driver” – COMPULSORY.</strong></p></li><li><p>Valid UAE Driving Licence with <strong>Category 3, Category 5 (Light Bus), or Category 6 (Heavy Bus)</strong>, as applicable to the assigned vehicle.</p></li><li><p>Clean driving record with no serious traffic violations.</p></li><li><p>Previous school bus or bus-driving experience is preferred.</p></li><li><p>Good English communication skills.</p></li><li><p>Ability to successfully complete required <strong>RTA road safety testing, medical and physical fitness examinations, and background checks</strong>.</p></li><li><p>Professional appearance, punctuality, patience, and a strong sense of responsibility.</p></li><li><p>Demonstrated commitment to the <strong>safety and wellbeing of children</strong> at all times.</p></li></ul><p><strong>Important:</strong> Candidates whose UAE visa profession is not <strong>“Driver”</strong> will not be considered for this position.</p>
