Labour Camp Management</strong></p><ul><li><p>Oversee daily operations of company labour accommodation.</p></li><li><p>Manage room allocations, occupancy records and accommodation arrangements.</p></li><li><p>Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, safety and proper maintenance of camp facilities.</p></li><li><p>Conduct regular camp inspections and coordinate necessary repairs.</p></li><li><p>Ensure compliance with applicable UAE labour accommodation regulations.</p></li><li><p>Address workers' concerns, grievances and accommodation-related issues.</p></li><li><p>Maintain discipline and ensure workers comply with company policies.</p><br></li></ul><p><strong>2. Manpower Coordination</strong></p><ul><li><p>Coordinate daily workforce deployment across multiple client project sites.</p></li><li><p>Monitor employee attendance, absenteeism, punctuality and leave.</p></li><li><p>Coordinate worker transportation between accommodation and project locations.</p></li><li><p>Maintain accurate daily attendance and manpower deployment records.</p></li><li><p>Collect and verify employee timesheets from project sites.</p></li><li><p>Coordinate with site supervisors and client representatives regarding manpower requirements.</p></li><li><p>Arrange replacement workers when required.</p></li><li><p>Report absenteeism, misconduct and operational issues to management.</p><br></li></ul><p><strong>3. Administration & Reporting</strong></p><ul><li><p>Maintain updated employee records and accommodation registers.</p></li><li><p>Prepare daily manpower reports and attendance summaries.</p></li><li><p>Monitor employee movements, transfers and demobilisations.</p></li><li><p>Coordinate with HR regarding employee documentation and disciplinary matters.</p></li><li><p>Submit regular operational reports to management.</p></li><li><p>Assist in resolving workforce-related issues promptly and professionally. </p></li></ul><p><strong>Desired Candidate Profile</strong></p><ul><li><p>Minimum 1-<strong>3 years of relevant experience in the UAE</strong> in labour camp management or manpower coordination.</p></li><li><p>Previous experience in construction, technical services or manpower supply companies is strongly preferred.</p></li><li><p>Good knowledge of UAE labour accommodation requirements and workforce management practices.</p></li><li><p>Experience managing large groups of blue-collar workers.</p></li><li><p>Proficiency in MS Excel and basic reporting.</p></li><li><p>Strong communication, organisational and problem-solving skills.</p></li><li><p>Ability to communicate effectively with workers, supervisors and management.</p></li><li><p>Willingness to handle operational emergencies when required.</p></li><li><p>Valid UAE driving licence preferred.</p></li></ul>
