<ol><li><p>Manage and supervise <strong>electrical installation and infrastructure works</strong> for ADNOC, RTA, and DEWA-related projects in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, method statements, and project requirements.</p></li><li><p>Coordinate with <strong>ADNOC, DEWA, RTA, consultants, contractors, subcontractors, and other authorities</strong> for project approvals, inspections, NOCs, permits, and technical requirements.</p></li><li><p>Conduct regular <strong>site inspections and surveys</strong> to verify existing electrical infrastructure, site conditions, reports</strong>.</p></li><li><p>Coordinate with consultants and client representatives for <strong>RFI submissions, inspections, approvals, testing, commissioning, and certification of completed works</strong>.</p></li><li><p>Prepare, review, and submit <strong>as-built drawings and electrical documentation</strong> for completed works in coordination with the design and drafting teams.</p></li><li><p>Coordinate electrical <strong>testing and commissioning activities</strong>, ensuring compliance with approved procedures, authority requirements, and project specifications.</p></li><li><p>Monitor project costs, identify potential delays and additional works, and coordinate with the commercial team for <strong>variations, claims, and cost-control <strong>ADNOC, RTA, and DEWA projects</strong>.</p></li><li><p>Strong knowledge of <strong>LV/HV electrical systems, electrical infrastructure, cable works, substations, testing & commissioning, and utility projects</strong>.</p></li><li><p>Strong understanding of <strong>ADNOC, DEWA, and RTA standards, procedures, NOCs, permits, and authority approval processes</strong>.</p></li><li><p>Experience in <strong>site supervision, project coordination, subcontractor management, material procurement, estimation, and project documentation</strong>.</p></li><li><p>Proficient in <strong>AutoCAD</strong>; knowledge of <strong>ETAP/DIALux</strong> is an advantage.</p></li><li><p>Ability to read and interpret <strong>electrical drawings, single-line diagrams, shop drawings, specifications, BOQs, and technical documents</strong>.</p></li><li><p>Strong skills in <strong>RFI preparation, inspection coordination, progress reporting, as-built documentation, and project handover</strong>.</p></li><li><p>Good knowledge of <strong>HSE requirements and quality control procedures</strong>.</p></li><li><p>Excellent communication, coordination, problem-solving, and team-management skills.</p></li><li><p><strong>UAE driving license <ol><li><p>Execute assigned work activities safely and efficiently in accordance with approved procedures, method statements, and project specifications.</p></li><li><p><strong>Raise, obtain, and maintain the required Permit to Work (PTW) on a daily basis before commencing any work.</strong></p></li><li><p>Coordinate with the <strong>Permit Issuer/Authority, Site Supervisor, HSE team, and other concerned personnel</strong> for daily permit requirements.</p></li><li><p>Ensure the PTW is valid for the correct <strong>job, location, and work activity</strong>.</p></li><li><p>Conduct required <strong>pre-job safety checks and toolbox talks</strong> before starting work.</p></li><li><p>Ensure all required safety controls, PPE, barricading, isolation, and other precautions are in place before work begins.</p></li><li><p>Stop work immediately if permit conditions change, unsafe conditions arise, or the permit expires.</p></li><li><p>Follow ADNOC HSE rules, site procedures, risk assessments, and approved work instructions.</p></li><li><p>Coordinate with engineers, supervisors, technicians, and subcontractors to ensure smooth execution of work.</p></li><li><p>Report work progress, unsafe conditions, incidents, and site issues to the concerned supervisor.</p></li><li><p>Maintain proper housekeeping and ensure tools and equipment are used safely.</p></li><li><p>Properly <strong>close/cancel the daily work permit</strong> upon completion of the activity as per site procedures.</p></li><li><p>Support the team in completing work safely, on time, and according to required quality standards.</p></li></ol><p><strong>Desired Candidate Profile</strong></p><ol><li><p><strong>ADNOC-approved Job Performer (JP) certification is mandatory.</strong></p></li><li><p>Minimum <strong>2–3 years of relevant experience</strong> in ADNOC/oil & gas projects.</p></li><li><p>Practical experience in <strong>daily PTW/Permit to Work procedures is mandatory.</strong></p></li><li><p>Good knowledge of ADNOC HSE requirements and site safety procedures.</p></li><li><p>Knowledge of <strong>Toolbox Talks, JSA/JHA, risk assessments, and safe work practices</strong>.</p></li><li><p>Ability to coordinate with Permit Issuers, HSE personnel, supervisors, and site teams.</p></li><li><p>Good communication and teamwork skills.</p></li><li><p>Willingness to work at project/site locations and under site conditions.</p></li><li><p>UAE/Abu Dhabi ADNOC project experience is highly preferred.</p></li></ol>
