Job Summary
<p>The Operations Specialist is responsible for the roadside assistance, repair, exterior maintenance, and cleaning of the company's autonomous delivery vehicles/robots. The role ensures that vehicles experiencing breakdowns or issues in the field are promptly attended to and restored to service, and that the fleet is consistently maintained in good working and presentable condition.</p><br>
Key Responsibilities
<p><strong>1. Roadside Assistance</strong></p><br>
<ul><li>Respond promptly to breakdown, malfunction, or stranded-vehicle alerts in the field.</li><li>Travel to the vehicle's location to perform on-site diagnosis and basic troubleshooting.</li><li>Coordinate recovery/towing of the vehicle to a service point when on-site repair is not possible.</li><li>Keep the operations team updated on incident status and expected resolution time.</li></ul>
<p><strong>2. Repair & Maintenance</strong></p><br>
<ul><li>Perform routine and corrective repairs on delivery vehicles/robots (mechanical, electrical, or component-level, as trained/authorised).</li><li>Diagnose recurring faults and escalate to technical/engineering teams when specialist support is required.</li><li>Maintain accurate repair logs, parts usage records, and vehicle service history.</li><li>Support preventive maintenance schedules to reduce breakdown frequency.</li></ul>
<p><strong>3. Exterior Maintenance & Coating</strong></p><br>
<ul><li>Carry out exterior upkeep of vehicles, including body condition checks, minor touch-ups, and coating/wrap maintenance.</li><li>Identify and report damage (scratches, dents, wrap/decal wear) and coordinate repair or replacement as needed.</li><li>Ensure vehicles meet the company's visual/brand presentation standards.</li></ul>
<p><strong>4. Cleaning</strong></p><br>
<ul><li>Perform regular interior and exterior cleaning of delivery vehicles/robots.</li><li>Maintain cleanliness standards in line with company SOPs, especially for customer-facing units.</li><li>Report any cleaning-related issues (e.g., damage found during cleaning) to the relevant team.</li></ul>
<p><strong>5. Reporting & Coordination</strong></p><br>
<ul><li>Log all roadside assistance, repair, and maintenance activities in the relevant operations system.</li><li>Coordinate with staging/charging site staff and the operations team to schedule vehicle downtime efficiently.</li><li>Prepare periodic reports on incident volume, repair turnaround time, and recurring issues.</li><li>Diploma, vocational qualification, or equivalent in automotive/mechanical/electrical maintenance preferred; relevant hands-on experience may substitute.</li><li>Experience in vehicle maintenance, roadside assistance, fleet servicing, or similar hands-on technical/field roles preferred.</li><li>Experience with electric vehicles, robotics, or autonomous vehicle systems is a plus.</li><li>Valid UAE driving licence and own vehicle are mandatory, for travel to breakdown/incident locations across Abu Dhabi.</li><li>Practical, hands-on troubleshooting and basic repair skills.</li><li>Willingness to work outdoors and in the field under varying conditions.</li><li>Good communication skills to coordinate with the operations team and report issues clearly.</li><li>Physically able to perform maintenance/cleaning tasks and handle basic tools/equipment.</li><li>Good working English; Arabic is a plus.</li><li>Detail-oriented, responsible, and safety-conscious.</li><li>Willing to work rotational/on-call shifts to respond to field incidents as needed.</li><li>Transportation allowance provided; other benefits per company policy.</li></ul>

About the job LiveOp Management Operation
<p><strong>Job Summary</strong></p><br>
<p>The LiveOp Management Operation role is the day-to-day engine of the live-operations issue loop. You will collect, log and classify issues arising from daily autonomous-delivery-vehicle operations, carry out first-level analysis, and follow each issue through to resolution with the AD, Product, Technical and Operations teams. You will keep the issue backlog accurate and up to date, chase progress on open items, verify fixes in the field, and produce the regular reporting that shows where operational problems are concentrated.</p><br>
<p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><br>
