Job Objective :- To support the growth of the organization through effective project management and control, contributing to the accurate and timely completion of contracts. Assist the project management team in the preliminary execution stage of projects and ensure competitive pricing of tenders to maximize sales and the growth of SEW
<strong>Key Responsibilities & Authority :-</strong></p><ul><li><p>Develop detailed designs for pressure vessels, heat exchangers, columns, skids, and packages, ensuring compliance with ASME Section VIII Divisions 1 and 2. The Senior Project Engineer solves complex problems and uses their discipline-specific knowledge to improve their products or services. The Senior Project Engineer impacts a range of customer, operational, project, or service activities with the Project Engineering team and other related teams and ensures that they are working within Present design concepts and proposals professionally. Address client feedback and incorporate revisions as required. Build and maintain strong client relationships throughout the project lifecycle. Team Leadership Lead and mentor junior and intermediate designers. Review drawings, presentations, and technical documentation. Delegate tasks and oversee project deliverables. Promote design excellence and collaboration within the team. Technical Coordination Prepare and review CAD/Revit drawings, FF&E schedules, BOQs, and specifications. Coordinate with MEP, structural, and architectural teams. Ensure compliance with UAE building regulations, authority requirements, and industry standards. Required Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Interior Design, Interior Architecture, or Architecture.5–10 years of professional interior design experience, preferably within the UAE/GCC market. Proven experience delivering residential, hospitality, commercial, or retail projects. Strong portfolio demonstrating concept design and project execution capabilities. Proficiency in Auto CAD, Revit, Sketch Up, 3ds Max, Enscape, V-Ray, Adobe Creative Suite, and MS Office. Strong knowledge of FF&E, materials, finishes, and construction detailing. Skills & Competencies Creative design thinking and problem-solving. Excellent presentation and communication skills. Strong leadership and team management abilities. Project planning and time-management skills. Knowledge of UAE authority approvals and local market trends.
