<section><p class="heading jdMain">Job Description</p><p class="heading">Roles & Responsibilities</p><div class="paragraph"><ul><li><p>Develop and manage BIM models for modular construction and prefabricated projects.</p></li><li><p>Prepare detailed 3D models, shop drawings, fabrication drawings, and coordination drawings.</p></li><li><p>Coordinate with architectural, structural, and MEP teams for clash-free models.</p></li><li><p>Ensure BIM standards, project specifications, and company procedures are followed.</p></li><li><p>Perform clash detection and model coordination using Navisworks or similar software.</p></li><li><p>Support DfMA (Design for Manufacturing and Assembly) initiatives.</p></li><li><p>Coordinate with production and site teams for modular installation requirements.</p></li><li><p>Review design changes and update BIM models accordingly.</p></li><li><p>Generate quantity take-offs and reports from BIM models.</p></li><li><p>Participate in design review meetings and technical discussions</p></li></ul></div></section><section><p class="heading">Desired Candidate Profile</p><p class="paragraph"></p><ul><li><p>Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Architecture, Civil, Mechanical, or related Engineering field.</p></li><li><p>Minimum 5+ years of experience in BIM modeling and modular construction projects.</p></li><li><p>Strong experience in Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, and BIM coordination tools.</p></li><li><p>Experience in modular, prefab, industrial, or large-scale construction projects preferred.</p></li><li><p>Knowledge of DfMA principles and modular manufacturing processes is an advantage.</p></li><li><p>Understanding of MEP, structural, and architectural coordination.</p></li></ul><p></p></section>

Update renders based on client feedback.<br><br>Qualifications & Skills<br><br>Bachelor’s/Diploma in 3D Design/Interior Architecture.3–5 years’ experience in interiors visualization. Proficiency in 3ds Max, V-Ray, Sketch Up, Photoshop.
