Working alongside our talented kitchen team, you’ll help deliver consistently high-quality dishes while supporting the smooth operation of your assigned section.</p><br><p>A little taste of your day-to-day:</p><br><p>Every day is different, but you’ll mostly be:</p><br><p>● Preparing, cooking, and presenting high-quality dishes within your assigned kitchen section</p><br><p>● Supporting the Chef de Partie in the daily operation of your section and ensuring consistency in food quality and presentation</p><br><p>● Taking ownership of your workstation – maintaining stock levels, ensuring proper food storage, and minimising waste</p><br><p>● Ensuring all food preparation and cooking complies with brand standards and local food safety and hygiene regulations</p><br><p>● Assisting with the training and guidance of Commis Chefs and junior team members where required</p><br><p>● Maintaining a clean, organised, and safe working environment while supporting the wider kitchen team whenever needed</p><br><p>● Taking on other ad-hoc duties like a true team player</p><br><p>What We Need from You:</p><br><p>● Previous experience as a Commis Chef or Demi Chef de Partie in a hotel, restaurant, or similar kitchen environment</p><br><p>● A passion for food, creativity, and delivering exceptional guest experiences through quality cuisine</p><br><p>● The strength to lift, push and pull objects up to 50lbs (23 kg), which can also involve bending and kneeling</p><br><p>● A good grasp of reading, writing, and basic maths</p><br><p>● The flexibility to work night, weekend, and holiday shifts</p><br><p>● Compliance with local laws on food handling and serving alcohol – you'll need to be above the minimum age required and fluent in the local language</p><br><p>● Great communication – you'll be warm, welcoming, easy to talk to, and able to work effectively as part of a team</p><br><p>What you can expect from us:</p><br><p>We give our people everything they need to succeed.
