Reporting to the Discipline Engineers, you will play a critical role in ensuring construction quality and compliance by conducting comprehensive site inspections, surveillance, and testing activities. <p>The AML Compliance Officer (AMLCO) manages multiple teams through other managers. In-depth understanding of how own sub-function contributes to achieving the objectives of the function. Requires thorough understanding of strategic direction of the function within the relevant part of the business, combined with a solid conceptual/practical grounding in both the function and/or area of expertise and related subject areas. Responsible for executing functional strategy in area managed. Determines approach to implementing functional strategy. Dhabi.</span><br></p><br><p><span>The successful candidate will coordinate the daily administration and operation of multiple academy programmes while supporting participants, parents, coaches, programme managers and internal departments.</span><br></p><br><p><span>KEY RESPONSIBILITIES</span><br></p><br><ul><li><span>Coordinate the administration and daily operation of academy programmes.</span><br></li><li><span>Manage participant enquiries, registrations, enrolments, transfers, cancellations and waiting lists.</span><br></li><li><span>Maintain accurate participant, parent, attendance, assessment and programme records.</span><br></li><li><span>Coordinate class schedules, programme calendars, venue requirements and operational resources.</span><br></li><li><span>Support programme managers with coach schedules, staffing information and timetable changes.</span><br></li><li><span>Communicate programme schedules, fees, policies and operational updates to parents and participants.</span><br></li><li><span>Support the onboarding and orientation of new participants and families.</span><br></li><li><span>Monitor participant attendance, progression, retention, programme occupancy and capacity.</span><br></li><li><span>Prepare operational reports and support the monitoring of programme Membership Sales, Marketing, Member Experience, Human Resources and Operations.</span><br></li><li><span>Support promotional campaigns, participant-acquisition initiatives and cross-programme referrals.</span><br></li><li><span>Help identify opportunities to improve programme occupancy, retention and customer lifetime value.</span><br></li><li><span>Respond professionally to participant and parent concerns.</span><br></li><li><span>Escalate safeguarding, operational or customer concerns appropriately.</span><br></li><li><span>Support health and safety documentation, risk assessments and equipment checks.</span><br></li><li><span>Review administrative systems and recommend improvements to service, efficiency and reporting.</span><br></li></ul><br><span>RequirementsTo be considered for this role, you need to meet the following criteria:<br><br></span><ul><li><span>Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sports Management, Physical Education, Leisure Management, Marketing, Events Management or a related discipline.</span><br></li><li><span>A relevant diploma in Business, Office or Sports Administration may also be considered.</span><br></li><li><span>At least three years of experience in programme coordination, operations, administration, customer service or business support.</span><br></li><li><span>Previous experience coordinating children’s programmes, sports academies, leisure activities or educational programmes.</span><br></li><li><span>Experience coordinating multiple programmes, schedules or projects simultaneously.</span><br></li><li><span>Experience handling bookings, customer enquiries and participant administration.</span><br></li><li><span>Experience using CRM, booking or scheduling platforms.</span><br></li><li><span>Advanced proficiency in Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint.</span><br></li><li><span>Strong reporting, data-analysis and organisational skills.</span><br></li><li><span>Excellent written and verbal communication skills.</span><br></li><li><span>Ability to communicate patiently and professionally with children and parents.</span><br></li></ul><p><span>PREFERRED</span><br></p><br><ul><li><span>Customer service,
