<p>We are seeking a passionate and engaging associate instructor to deliver high-quality training, facilitate learning, and guide student outcomes across a variety of courses and programmes. This role requires a strong blend of teaching ability, industry knowledge, and interpersonal skills to create a positive and inclusive learning environment.</p>
<p>The successful candidate will contribute to both academic delivery and broader programme activities, including stakeholder engagement and market outreach.</p>

<h4>About the requirements</h4>
<p><strong>Training delivery & classroom management</strong> - Deliver approved course content across assigned classes, courses, and seminars in line with company standards. Maintain a positive and inclusive learning environment that supports student engagement.</p>
<p><strong>Student management & support</strong> - Manage student attendance, assessments, grading, and academic documentation. Address student concerns or issues promptly and effectively.</p>
<p><strong>Programme support & engagement</strong> - Liaise with internal and external stakeholders for operational and academic requirements. Participate in internal training sessions and educational meetings.</p>
<p><strong>External representation & business support</strong> - Represent the organisation at industry events, forums, and panel discussions. Support educational marketing and market development initiatives. Assist with exhibitions, trade shows, and special projects as required.</p>
<p><strong>Flexibility & travel</strong> - Travel as required to deliver training across UAE.</p>
<h4>About you</h4>
<ul>
<li>Bachelor’s degree preferred, with at least 3+ years of relevant trade or industry experience. Graduate Gemologist (GG) diploma is preferred.</li>
<li>Teaching, training, or mentoring experience is an advantage.</li>
<li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills.</li>
<li>Ability to work in a culturally diverse environment and foster inclusivity.</li>
<li>Flexible, proactive, and able to manage multiple responsibilities.</li>
<li>Arabic language skills are preferred.</li>
