We deliver engaging baking workshops in schools across the UAE, combining fun with learning in a safe, organised and inspiring environment. We are looking for an enthusiastic, organised and confident ECA Coordinator to lead and manage our after-school baking programmes.<br>About the role As the ECA Coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring Super Bakers workshops are delivered to the highest standard across our partner schools. You will coordinate facilitators, prepare for sessions, lead demonstrations, maintain quality standards and ensure every child enjoys an engaging and memorable baking experience. This is a hands-on role combining coordination, teaching and leadership.<br>Key Responsibilities Programme coordination Coordinate all assigned school ECA sessions. Prepare for each workshop with the support of Super Bakers facilitators. Ensure all ingredients, equipment and materials are ready before each session. Coordinate meeting locations, arrival times and logistics with facilitators. Liaise with the Super Bakers team regarding schedules and operational updates.<br>Session Delivery Lead baking workshops at schools. Welcome students and create an engaging learning environment. Demonstrate each baking recipe step-by-step. Clearly explain baking techniques and safety instructions. <p><strong>Job Summary</strong></p><p>We are seeking an experienced <strong>Building & Facility In-Charge</strong> to take full responsibility for the day-to-day operation, maintenance, safety, compliance, and overall management of a <strong>company-owned building located in JAFZA</strong>.</p><br><p>The ideal candidate must have proven experience managing a <strong>complete standalone building or facility</strong>.</p><br><p>This is a <strong>direct, hands-on facility management role</strong>. The building and its facilities are <strong>owned and directly managed by the company</strong>, and the successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the entire property, including all building systems, common areas, external areas, maintenance activities, contractors, utilities, security, housekeeping, permits, inspections, and regulatory compliance.</p><br><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><p><strong>1.
