The Fire Alarm Technician shall perform inspecting, testing, and maintenance for ADAB’s fire alarm network, which include Fire Alarm Control panel (FACP’s), Fire Alarm Transceivers (FAT’s), and the Fire Alarm Central Dispatching Center (Monaco D-21) in a manner that will ensure their serviceability and operation.<br><br>Essential Responsibilities:<br><br>Perform recurring preventive maintenance on installed fire detection and alarm systems IAW UFC 3-601-02, NFPA Standards and manufacturer’s instructions in order to ensure the inspection of testing of installed fire detection, fire door, and alarm system at least once each contract year. <p>A well-established entity is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the planning and execution of a large-scale Music Festival. The ideal candidate must hold a Project Management certification (PMP or equivalent) and have proven experience delivering projects following project management methodologies, specifically with experience in music festivals and performing arts events. This role combines structured project management with hands-on event delivery, with primary responsibility for planning the project and coordinating cross-functional internal teams.
Key Responsibilities: -
• Lead end-to-end festival delivery using established project management methodologies.
• Develop and manage project plans, timelines, milestones, and risk registers for the events team.
• Ensure overall festival delivery remains strictly within scope, budget, and timelines.
• Develop progress tracking dashboards, follow up diligently with the team, and draft regular project reports.
• Oversee festival production, rehearsals, and live performances on-site.
• Coordinate on-site event execution to ensure high-quality delivery and manage real-time operational challenges to guarantee seamless continuity.
• Coordinate the project across cross-functional internal teams, including Technical (production, AVL, staging), Logistics (transportation, equipment, scheduling), Operations (venue, BoH, and crowd management), Administration (permits, contracting, budget, and compliance), and Hospitality (artist and guest services).
• Coordinate team activities, track deliverables, and ensure alignment across all functions without direct line management responsibility.
• Facilitate open communication and collaboration across all internal business pillars.
• Hold full responsibility for artist and touring musician management throughout the entire project lifecycle.
• Manage relationships with artists, bands, headliners, agents, and touring parties.
• Plan and oversee complex artist logistics, including travel, accommodation, visas, soundchecks, and performance schedules.
• Ensure full delivery of technical and hospitality riders in line with music festival and industry standards.
• Act as the primary coordination point for all artist-related requirements across internal teams.
• Develop and track project budgets while ensuring strict cost control and processing timely payments.
• Manage contracts with artists, vendors, and partners, ensuring absolute compliance with financial and contractual obligations.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders, sponsors, and partners to provide regular project updates and ensure alignment on deliverables.</p><p>To be considered for this role, you need to meet the following criteria:
