Job Purpose:The Sales Manager is responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding market share for the company's agricultural products and solutions. Ensure achievement of sales, margin, and collection targets.<br>Team Leadership Lead, coach, and develop the sales team to achieve high performance. Set individual sales targets and conduct regular performance reviews. Experience managing distributors, dealers, and key commercial accounts. UAE/GCC market experience is highly preferred. Job Purpose:<br>To ensure a world class level of marketing that adopts a mix of traditional and innovative tactics and strategies that reflects the position of the events. This role will be expected to plan and implement marketing campaigns across the events within the portfolio. The Senior Manager of Governance is responsible for developing the information security and cybersecurity strategy and plan. This role aims to protect DET’s Information assets from risks, threats, and attacks by establishing robust security policies and aligning them with local and federal mandates, such as those from the Dubai Cyber Security Strategy and the Dubai Electronic Security Center.<br>The responsibilities include managing policy implementation, managing risk assessments, delivering training programs, and ensuring compliance across all technology platforms.
