Key Responsibilities:• Proactively manage and develop an assigned portfolio of corporate accounts to achieve individual and hotel revenue targets.• Identify, qualify and acquire new corporate accounts with strong potential for room nights, meetings and ancillary revenue.• Develop and implement account plans to increase account penetration, market share and revenue contribution.• Build and maintain long-term, value-based relationships with existing and prospective clients.• Conduct regular sales calls, site inspections, client entertainment and other business-development activities.• Understand each client’s business needs, travel patterns, production potential and decision-making process to provide the most suitable commercial solutions.• Negotiate corporate agreements, rates and contracts in accordance with the hotel’s pricing strategy and commercial guidelines.• Manage corporate RFP opportunities and ensure accurate and timely submissions.• Monitor account production, market trends, competitor activities and business performance, taking corrective action where required.• Collaborate closely with Revenue Management, Reservations, Groups & Events and Marriott above-property sales teams to maximize revenue opportunities.• Ensure confirmed business is communicated and handed over accurately and on time to the relevant operational departments.• Maintain accurate and updated account, activity and opportunity information in the hotel’s sales systems.• Achieve the assigned revenue, sales activity, account acquisition and client-meeting targets.• Represent Le Royal Méridien Abu Dhabi professionally in all client and industry interactions.<br>Candidate Profile:• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality Management or a related discipline.• Minimum two years of hotel sales experience in the UAE, preferably within a five-star international hotel.• Previous experience as a Sales Manager or Assistant Sales Manager is preferred.• Strong knowledge of the UAE corporate market; established connections within Abu Dhabi are highly preferred.• Demonstrated ability to prospect, qualify, negotiate and convert new business.• Strong commercial awareness, communication, presentation and relationship-management skills.• Fluent spoken and written English; additional languages are an advantage.• Valid UAE driving license is preferred.• Self-motivated, target-driven and able to work independently while contributing effectively to the wider commercial team.

This role owns a defined portfolio of FIT/wholesale/consortia/travel-agent accounts and source markets, works closely with Revenue, Distribution, Marketing, Reservations, and Operations to ensure offers convert, and delivers measurable room night and revenue growth through targeted outreach, site inspections, Travel Fairs, Roadshows, FAMs and partner activation.<br>Key Duties and Responsibilities<br>Commercial delivery & account management Own, grow, and retain a portfolio of leisure, wholesale, consortia and travel-agent accounts (FIT, packages, wholesales, consortia such as Virtuoso/AMEX/Signature where relevant) Convert pipeline to definite business through proactive calls, face-to-face meetings, negotiation, and account servicing Create and execute account plans (targeting, pricing, packaging, and upsell opportunities) for each account Maintain CRM discipline: accurate pipeline entries, activity notes, follow-ups, and opportunity close forecasts<br>Sales Operations & Execution Follow SOPs for contracting, allotments, availability calendar, promotions, B2B marketing opportunities, and commission handling Organise and lead site inspections, FAM trips, trade visits, and sales blitzes to convert accounts Plan and participate in trade shows and roadshows Trigger targeted promotions (room types, F&B, experiences) and monitor conversion and ROI<br>Cross-functional Collaboration Coordinate with Revenue Management and Distribution to ensure correct rate, availability, loading, and campaign setup Work closely with other commercial functions, finance, and operations to enhance guest experiences, maximize revenue, and improve profit margins Work with marketing and distribution to ensure property listings, profiles, and campaigns are complete and optimized Work with distribution and marketing to launch timely campaigns in assigned source markets, and source B2B Marketing opportunities with assigned accounts. Ensure all marketing plans and opportunities are planned in accordance with the overall asset strategy<br>Market & Partner Development Proactively identify and develop opportunities in assigned areas Initiate, build, and maintain relationships with tour operators, wholesalers, consortia, third-party trade partners, tourism boards, and stakeholders Deliver agent training, digital collateral, and regular partner communications to improve conversion and retention<br>Reporting, Tools & Continuous Improvement Produce regular performance reports and action plans; monitor pipeline health and activity metrics Flag and document any major complaints received via the assigned accounts that could impact future production. About The Role<br><br>Enablon is seeking an experienced Enterprise Sales Executive to drive strategic growth across Saudi Arabia and the broader Middle East region.<br><br>This role focuses on selling complex enterprise software solutions across EHS, Operational Risk Management (ORM), ESG, and Control of Work into large industrial and government organizations including oil & gas, utilities, chemicals, infrastructure, and giga-project environments.<br><br>The successful candidate will have a strong track record in enterprise hunting, executive engagement, and navigating complex multi-stakeholder sales cycles within the Saudi market.<br><br>Key Responsibilities<br><br>Drive new business growth and strategic account expansion across Saudi Arabia Develop and execute account strategies for large enterprise and government accounts Build executive relationships across business, operations, HSE, risk, digital transformation, and IT stakeholders Lead complex consultative sales cycles involving legal, procurement, security, and compliance requirements Work closely with partners, system integrators, and cloud ecosystem players to generate and progress opportunities Identify operational and business challenges and position Enablon solutions accordingly Build and maintain qualified pipeline aligned with regional growth targets Collaborate cross-functionally with presales, services, customer success, and partner teams Maintain forecast accuracy and CRM discipline across opportunities<br><br><br>Skills & Experience<br><br>10+ years experience in enterprise software sales within Saudi Arabia or GCCStrong network and experience within oil & gas, utilities, industrial, or government sectors Proven ability to generate pipeline and close complex enterprise deals Experience managing long consultative sales cycles with multiple stakeholders Strong executive communication and negotiation skills Experience working with SI/partner-led sales models Arabic and English fluency strongly preferred Experience with EHS, ORM, ESG, ERP, industrial software, or operational transformation solutions is highly preferred<br><br><br>Our Interview Practices<br><br>To maintain a fair and genuine hiring process, we kindly ask that all candidates participate in interviews without the assistance of AI tools or external prompts. Project Manager – Sewerage Rehabilitation & Wastewater Networks Location: Abu Dhabi, UAESector: Water / Wastewater / Sewerage Infrastructure Contract: 18 months, with potential for extension Package: Approximately AED 25,000 per month, all-inclusive<br>The Opportunity<br>We are recruiting an experienced Project Manager for a major sewerage network rehabilitation and wastewater infrastructure programme in Abu Dhabi.<br>This is a senior, client-facing position requiring full operational responsibility for the delivery of sewerage network investigation, condition assessment, rehabilitation and repair activities. The successful candidate will manage the assignment from initial field investigations through engineering and rehabilitation planning to construction supervision, testing and final performance verification.<br>This position requires an established Project Manager with substantial experience in sewerage networks, wastewater infrastructure, pipeline rehabilitation and repair projects.<br>Key Responsibilities<br>Take overall operational responsibility for the project from field investigation through to supervision and verification of rehabilitation and repair works. Act as the primary day-to-day interface with the client, attending meetings, presenting progress and managing technical and operational matters. Lead and coordinate multidisciplinary engineering, site and technical teams. Manage and supervise contractors undertaking sewerage rehabilitation and repair activities. Manage project programmes, resources, deliverables, risks and priorities. Develop, maintain and monitor project schedules and implement corrective actions where required. Coordinate pipeline investigations and condition assessments. Review CCTV surveys, pipeline condition assessments and inspection findings. Coordinate the identification of defective sewer sections and determine appropriate rehabilitation or repair strategies. Oversee pipe rehabilitation activities including no-dig/trenchless techniques, CIPP lining, point repairs and equivalent technologies. Review method statements, technical submissions, designs and specifications. Supervise site activities and ensure compliance with technical, quality and HSE requirements. Coordinate testing, inspections and post-repair verification. Prepare and manage project documentation, progress reports, technical reports, risk registers and client submissions. Chair project and coordination meetings and ensure actions are followed through to completion. Manage subcontractors and specialist service providers. Identify project risks, variations and potential contractual exposures. Maintain strict HSE compliance, particularly for live sewer networks, confined-space activities and works in active urban environments.<br>Mandatory Requirements<br>Candidates must meet all of the following criteria:Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or another relevant engineering discipline. Currently holding the title of Project Manager, or having held a substantive Project Manager title on the immediately preceding assignment. Minimum 7 years of substantive experience specifically holding a Project Manager title. Minimum 12–14 years of total post-graduate professional experience. Demonstrable experience delivering sewerage network rehabilitation projects. Strong wastewater and sewerage infrastructure experience. Direct exposure to pipe rehabilitation and repair works, including no-dig/trenchless rehabilitation, CIPP lining, point repairs or equivalent techniques. Strong contractor and construction supervision experience. Proven client-facing project management experience. Currently based in the UAE. Valid UAE driving licence. Immediately available or able to join within a maximum of 30 days. Excellent written and spoken English.<br>Important: Candidates whose current or immediately previous experience is at Coordination Engineer, Lead Engineer, Senior Engineer, Assistant Project Manager or similar sub-Project Manager level will not meet the client’s requirements.<br>Highly Preferred CCTV sewer survey experience. Pipeline inspection and condition assessment. Hydraulic condition assessment. Sonar and/or laser pipeline inspection. Sewer infiltration and inflow investigation. Sewer rehabilitation and network performance improvement programmes. Pumping station experience. GIS / Arc GIS exposure. Hydraulic modelling exposure. MS Project or equivalent scheduling software. Previous consultancy or Resident Engineer experience in Abu Dhabi or elsewhere in the UAE. Strong knowledge of UAE utility authority procedures. Native or fluent Arabic.<br>Project Scope The assignment forms part of a major wastewater network performance and rehabilitation programme in Abu Dhabi. The project focuses on investigating an extensive operational sewerage network to identify infiltration, pipeline defects and network performance issues before developing and supervising targeted rehabilitation and repair solutions. The programme covers three principal stages:<br>Phase 1 – Investigation & Condition Assessment Sewer network field investigations. Pipeline inspections. CCTV and other advanced condition assessment techniques. Wastewater sampling and monitoring. GIS network analysis. Hydraulic assessment. Identification and mapping of network hotspots and defects.<br>Phase 2 – Engineering & Rehabilitation Strategy Root cause analysis. Assessment and prioritisation of defective sewer sections. Selection of appropriate rehabilitation, repair or replacement strategies. Development of technical specifications. Evaluation of trenchless and innovative rehabilitation technologies. Value engineering.<br>Phase 3 – Supervision of Rehabilitation & Repair Works Supervision of the appointed repair contractor. Sewer rehabilitation and targeted repairs. QA/QC inspections. Testing and verification. Progress and HSE monitoring. Post-repair performance assessment.
