Lead on liaison with Dubai Police Traffic department, via event organiser’s senior management. Deliver the 2026 traffic and transport master plan, including both internal and external directional signage, which will be developed by the event organiser and traffic management contractor in the summer 2026. Manage the delivery of car park facilities across public, tournament and VIP areas of the site. Manage the installation of all FF&E in partnership with suppliers and the production team. Management of the public bus service, ensuring optimisation and data gathering by the resource supplier. Liaison and coordination of other transport services, such as Careem, Zofeur and the festival bus service. Control of VAPs; liaising with the relevant stakeholders for requirements, the Branding Manager for VAP production and the distribution of VAPs to relevant parties and individuals.
