Check integration of proposed wet utility systems with existing and planned infrastructure to ensure connectivity, adequate capacity, and operational feasibility. Issue Master Developer/Owner wet utility NOCs for authority submissions after consolidating internal and multi-disciplinary comments. Coordinate with utility authorities such as ADDC, ADSSC, and relevant municipal entities regarding connection points, diversion requirements, and compliance approvals.
