The candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day site activities, subcontractors, manpower, materials, quality, and project progress.<br>Key Responsibilities<br> Supervise and manage daily residential renovation and fit-out works. Coordinate subcontractors, skilled workers, and site manpower. Ensure works are executed as per approved drawings, specifications, and project requirements. UAE/Dubai experience is mandatory. Experience working on villas, apartments, and high-end residential renovation projects. Strong knowledge of civil, finishing, and MEP coordination works. Ability to read and understand construction, architectural, MEP, and shop drawings. Strong subcontractor and manpower management skills. Good knowledge of construction materials and installation methods. Strong problem-solving and communication skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines. UAE Driving Licence is preferred.
