The ideal candidate will play a key role in developing high-quality technical architectural drawings and/or BIM models with full code knowledge for compliance with Dubai's regulatory requirements and local building standards. We are looking for an experienced Project Architect with strong Interior Fit-Out experience to work with a leading Interior Fitout company in Dubai!<br>Key Responsibilities• Lead and manage architectural works for interior fit-out projects from design development through completion.• Review and coordinate architectural, interior, MEP and shop drawings.• Ensure drawings and site execution comply with approved designs, specifications and project requirements.• Coordinate with clients, consultants, designers, project managers and site teams.• Review material samples, finishes and mock-ups and ensure compliance with approved specifications.• Conduct regular site inspections and monitor architectural quality and progress.• Resolve design and technical issues during project execution.• Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure smooth project delivery.• Review RFIs, material submittals, shop drawings and technical documentation.• Ensure projects are delivered within the required quality, time and design standards.<br><br>Requirements Degree in Architecture or relevant qualification. 5+ years UAE experience in interior fit-out is mandatory. Proven experience working on commercial, F&B, hospitality, retail or similar fit-out projects. Strong knowledge of architectural detailing, finishes and construction methods. Proficiency in Auto CAD; knowledge of Revit/3D software is an advantage. Strong coordination and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple project requirements and work under deadlines.
