Analyze production reports and account performance to maximize revenue opportunities. Work closely with the Revenue team on pricing strategies, demand periods, and business mix optimization. Ensure account production meets or exceeds agreed revenue targets. <br><br>Team Leadership & Development<br><br> Coach, mentor, and develop Sales Managers, GC&E Executive and Sales Executives to enhance performance and professional growth. Conduct regular sales meetings, account reviews, and performance discussions. Support recruitment, onboarding, training, and succession planning within the Sales team. Foster a high-performance culture focused on accountability, collaboration, and customer excellence. <br><br>Client Relationship Management<br><br> Maintain excellent relationships with existing clients while actively expanding the customer portfolio. Ensure prompt resolution of customer concerns to maintain high levels of client satisfaction and loyalty. Represent the hotel at trade shows, exhibitions, networking events, and industry functions. Position Summary
<span></span><p> The Manager - Outreach and Engagement is responsible to promote HCT to its local community through alignment of campus practices to community requirements, events and marketing activities in coordination with Central Services. <li>Lead the implementation of campus Outreach and Engagement strategic objectives and initiatives.</li>
<li>Support with the development and implementation of Outreach and Engagement's policies, procedures and processes, and monitor compliance of subordinates.</li>
<li>Maintain strong communications and engagement with Partnership Central Services to establish effective and consistent working relationship with community stakeholders such as business associations, governmental entities, NGOs and social organisations, in order to understand trends and labour needs, in addition to promoting HCT and its students.</li>
<li>Lead the identification of opportunities to promote HCT and the campus within its community through events, marketing, network of alumni, and engagement with community’s public and private organisations.</li>
<li>Oversee the alignment of campus programmes/ activities to community trends (e.g. demand and supply of talent, practices, and business requirements) and provide advice to campus’ management and academic staff on improvement opportunities.</li>
<li>Lead the establishment and maintenance of Outreach and Engagement database (related to Industry Liaison, Alumni Affairs, Events and Marketing) to enhance overall performance of the function.</li>
<li>Lead the identification of employment opportunities for HCT graduates through continuous networking activities with members of the local community, in close coordination with Alumni Affairs Central Services.</li>
<li>Represent HCT in local conferences and events to promote HCT to its local community.</li>
<li>Oversee campus events and marketing activities to ensure appropriate messages are properly broadcasted and event quality and standards are met.</li>
<li>Negotiate with advertising, marketing and event agencies to receive best service quality within allocated budget and in compliance with central directions and guidelines.</li>
<li>Manage local media involvement in coordination with Communications Central Services and in compliance with media engagement policies, procedures and processes.</li>
<li>Oversee the establishment and management of a local alumni network for the campus and its integration with the broader HCT alumni network.</li>
