What you’ll do:
Develop and implement maintenance strategies for mechanical systems, including preventive, predictive and corrective maintenance approaches to ensure equipment reliability and production continuity.
Drive equipment reliability improvement, analyzing downtime, MTBF and MTTR, identifying mechanical failure modes and implementing corrective and preventive actions to improve machine availability.
Lead structured root cause analysis (RCA, A3, 5 Why) for mechanical failures across cam-controlled systems, injection molding equipment and automated production lines, ensuring sustainable elimination of recurring issues.
Data driven definition and technical optimization of maintenance plans and standards, including inspection routines, lubrication strategies, wear part replacement and overhaul intervals for mechanical components to ensure optimal functionality and minimum downtime.
Own mechanical performance of critical advanced automated manufacturing equipment, including:
Cam-controlled forming and assembly machines
Plastic injection molding machines (mechanical systems, clamping units, cooling systems)
Collaborate with production, toolmaking and engineering teams to improve machine stability, cycle time consistency and overall process performance.
Define and deploy predictive maintenance approaches, using equipment condition data, wear analysis and failure trends to reduce unplanned downtime.
Support equipment commissioning and industrialization activities, ensuring mechanical robustness, maintainability and readiness for serial production.
Drive continuous improvement of mechanical systems, focusing on reduction of breakdowns, improvement of equipment lifetime and stabilization of manufacturing processes.
Standardize maintenance processes and documentation, ensuring consistent application of maintenance practices and technical guidelines across equipment.
Provide technical support for complex mechanical issues, guiding maintenance technicians in troubleshooting without taking over execution activities.
Collaborate with internal and external partners (toolmakers, engineers, OEMs) to resolve technical issues, implement improvements and support equipment upgrades.</p><p>Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in preferably mechanical engineering, automation engineering, mechatronics or a similar qualification
Min 3 years of experience in industrial automation
Knowledge of Cam-controlled machines like: Bihler (prefered), Wafios, Finzer
Skills:
Experienced in CAD, SPS, HMI-Systems; advantageous: programming skills

Role & Responsibilities Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance of construction equipment and machinery. Inspect equipment to identify mechanical faults, wear, damage and potential breakdowns. Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical problems in heavy equipment and diesel-powered machinery. Perform servicing, repair, dismantling and reassembly of engines and mechanical components. Carry out routine maintenance and servicing of diesel engines, generators, pumps and construction equipment. <h4>What you'll be doing</h4>
<p>Working as a Senior Designer, you will be accountable for building, defining, delivering and executing 360 campaigns for Faces. You will act as the guardian of the Faces Brand identity and equity and be responsible for ensuring Faces has exceptional creative concepts that will break the boundaries of the beauty industry.</p>
<h4>Key responsibilities</h4>
<ul>
<li>Ability to execute 360 campaigns with an integrated and cohesive approach</li>
<li>Strong story-telling skills and ability to think differently</li>
<li>Playing a role in production shoots (including planning, execution and post-production)</li>
<li>Create assets and ideas that attract customers to convert on all key channels</li>
<li>Keeping up with creative trends that are happening within and outside the industry</li>
<li>Provide creative insights and recommendations to the user experience and marketing team/s to drive business objectives</li>
<li>Have a holistic approach with creative outputs that considers all stages of the marketing funnel (awareness, consideration, conversion)</li>
<li>Ensure complete alignment with annual Category Management strategy to ensure key brands and products are central to creative prioritization</li>
</ul>
<h4>What you'll need to succeed</h4>
<ul>
<li>Ability to create and assess all formats of creative of 360 campaigns (design, video/editing, packaging, VM, UX, digital/social assets, print, OOH)</li>
<li>Skilled with the use of AI to enhance creative output and executional efficiencies</li>
<li>Previous experience in developing and executing brand and creative campaigns</li>
<li>Minimum of 5 – 7 years of design experience</li>
<li>Ready to break the boundaries and inspire teams (award-winning work is a plus!)</li>
<li>Ability to build strong relationships with other team members and fostering a collaborative work environment</li>
