Carry out any other duties required to support the successful operation of the venue.<br>Qualifications Minimum 3 years' experience as a General Manager within a luxury, high-volume hospitality venue. Previous experience managing lifestyle restaurants, premium dining concepts, supper clubs, or entertainment-led venues is highly preferred. Demonstrated experience leading venues where exceptional dining is complemented by live entertainment, DJs, performances, or a vibrant nightlife atmosphere. Strong understanding of luxury hospitality, guest engagement, and VIP service standards. Proven track record of driving revenue growth, profitability, and operational performance. Strong financial acumen, including budgeting, forecasting, P&L management, and cost control. Experience leading and developing large multicultural teams within fast-paced hospitality environments. Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
