Identify training needs and facilitate technical skill development programs. <br><br>ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA<br><br> Bachelor's degree in chemical engineering, Metallurgical Engineering, Materials Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related discipline. Master's degree in quality management, Materials Engineering, or related field will be an added advantage. Minimum 8–12 years of quality control and quality assurance experience in manufacturing industries. At least 5 years of experience in ACP manufacturing, metal industry, coating industry, paint industry, composite/sandwich panel, aluminum processing, or related manufacturing environments. Proven experience in paints, metals, and polymers, covering color, coating line, shade matching, coil coating, paint quality control, lamination processes, and surface finishing operations. Demonstrated experience in managing ISO audits, customer audits, and certification audits. Experience in handling customer complaints, NCRs, CAPA, and quality improvement projects. Experience leading quality teams in a manufacturing environment. Exposure to fire-rated ACP products and related testing standards will be highly advantageous. Valid UAE Driving License required for the role. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. ISO 9001 Internal Auditor or Lead Auditor Certification.
