We are a Dubai-based Office Automation service organization seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Technical Service Coordinator to oversee daily technical service operations and ensure the efficient scheduling of field service technicians. The successful candidate will coordinate service activities, monitor maintenance schedules, communicate with customers and technical staff, and ensure all service requests are completed on time and to the highest quality standards. The role also includes coordinating spare parts, maintaining accurate service records, and supporting the delivery of exceptional customer service.<br />
