Strong knowledge of structural stability and wind load assessment for climbing systems and temporary works. Experience in structural modelling using STAAD Pro or equivalent software. Knowledge of finite element analysis is preferred. Chartered Engineer status is preferred. Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong leadership and mentoring capabilities. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to manage multiple engineering projects and deliverables. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Auto CAD, MS Project and STAAD Pro. Primavera P6 knowledge is preferred. Valid driving licence is preferred. Good command of English. Willingness to travel and work flexible hours as required by project requirements.
