Design, write, and refine prompts (system prompts, few-shot examples, chain-of thought structuring) for reliable, consistent agent behavior. Build and maintain custom tools/skills/functions that agents can call (e.g., data lookups, calculations, document generation, third-party actions). Integrate agents with external and internal APIs (REST/SOAP) - authentication, request/response handling, error handling, retries. Design and implement multi-step workflows/orchestration (sequential, conditional, parallel agent/tool calls). Set up and manage workflow triggers — event-based, schedule-based, webhook based, or user-initiated. Test agent behavior thoroughly: edge cases, failure handling, hallucination checks, guardrails. Optimize for cost, latency, and accuracy (model selection, context management, caching). Document agent architecture, prompts, tools, and workflows for maintainability. Debug and troubleshoot agent/tool/workflow failures in production. Stay current with LLM/agent framework updates and recommend improvements.
REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS Required Skills & Experience: - 3–5 years’ experience building LLM-based applications or AI agents (production experience preferred). Strong prompt engineering skills — system prompts, role-based prompting, few shot/zero-shot design, output formatting (JSON/XML), guardrails against prompt injection. Hands-on experience creating custom tools/functions/skills for agent frameworks (function calling / tool use) Practical API experience — calling REST/SOAP APIs, handling auth (OAuth, API keys), parsing responses, error handling. Experience setting up triggers — webhooks, cron/schedule-based, event-driven triggers - Understanding of vector databases/RAG (retrieval-augmented generation) is a plus - Ability to independently scope a requirement, propose a solution approach, and execute without heavy supervision.
Preferred Qualifications: - Experience building multi-agent systems (agent-to-agent hando A, supervisor/worker patterns). Exposure to MCP (Model Context Protocol) or similar agent-tool standards. Experience with monitoring/observability for AI agents (logging, tracing, evaluation frameworks). Familiarity with version control (Git) and CI/CD for deploying agent updates. Node.js & Type Script. Understanding of Microservice architecture. Practical experience in developing microservices and maintaining on production. Clear understanding of secure identity protocols like SSO and OAuth.
About Us:

ShlenPower builds digital products across AI, Web3 and the creator economy. We are hiring one Senior Product Manager to take full responsibility for product management across Attractor and Dlicom. Attractor is an AI platform for creators and businesses. Dlicom is a social and wallet app with creator monetisation. You will be the sole person responsible for the product function across both businesses, including the Product Owner work. This is a hands-on individual contributor role. You will do the research and business analysis, shape the products, write the roadmaps and requirements, define the user journeys, work through delivery with the teams and measure what happens after release. You will work in our Dubai office with company leadership, engineering, design and growth.

What you will own:

Personally turn company goals, market research and user research into a clear product direction and a focused roadmap for each product. Explain who the user is, what problem matters now, how the product will earn money, whether the unit economics can work and what evidence would change the plan.

Map the full journey from first visit to first useful action, payment and repeat use. Identify where people drop out and work with growth and marketing to improve the experience after acquisition.

Conduct user and customer discovery, competitor research and business analysis yourself. Test important assumptions before committing development time, and make a clear recommendation when the evidence is incomplete.

Write the PRDs, user stories, journeys, flows, acceptance criteria, edge cases and release scope. Sketch the experience and work with design on screens. Work with engineers on implementation choices. Keep the product sections of whitepapers and other company materials accurate.

Work directly with engineering, design and QA each day. Resolve ambiguity early, make trade-offs visible, keep the backlog usable and accept releases against the agreed user outcome.

Define product events and review funnels, cohorts, retention, payment conversion and repeat revenue separately for Attractor and Dlicom. Investigate data quality before calling a feature successful.

Evaluate where AI improves the user experience, including model quality, evaluation, latency, cost and human review. For Web3 flows, understand wallets, transaction states, smart contracts and the choice between on-chain and off-chain work well enough to make sound product decisions with engineers.

Bring risks, missed assumptions and weak results to leadership with a proposed decision. Challenge a founder's idea when the evidence calls for it, and explain your reasoning.

What we need from you:

At least five years owning software products from discovery through launch and improvement, with regular work alongside developers. You have personally done the research, planning, requirements and analysis that make delivery possible.

A track record in both AI and Web3 products. Show at least one product in each field that reached sustained use or paid adoption, what you personally did, and how you measured the result.

Strong product judgement across user value, commercial viability, usability and technical feasibility. You can shape an ambiguous idea into a workable product and cut scope when the case for a feature is weak. You can manage two product roadmaps without waiting for someone else to define the work.

Fluency with product analytics, experiments, user interviews and cohort analysis. You can separate traffic from activation, and first payment from repeat payment.

Enough technical depth to discuss APIs, data flows, integrations, AI systems and blockchain transactions without relying on someone else to translate every decision.

Experience with creator monetisation, social products, subscriptions or marketplaces is valuable. Strong spoken and written English is essential.

Ability to work full time from our Dubai office.

How we will assess success:

In your first 90 days, we expect a clear baseline for each product's user and revenue journey, a prioritised roadmap tied to business goals, complete journeys and requirements for the work under way, and a regular review of releases against actual behaviour. You should be able to show which assumptions you tested, what the team shipped, what users did, and what you recommend changing next.

Targets will be set after the baseline and delivery capacity are confirmed.

We build automation systems for real operations, where the software owns the control flow and AI is used only where nothing else works: messy documents, unstructured input, judgment at a volume humans can't sustain.

Every AI step in our systems has a defined contract, a measured error rate, and somewhere

to go when it isn't sure. If we can't measure it, we don't ship it.

What you'll do

Build and own production automation systems end to end, deployed inside client operations

Work with the client's actual mess: ERPs, CRMs and industry platforms never built to talk to each other, vendor systems with no real API, undocumented databases, scanned documents, Arabic and English in the same file, and the exports and email attachments people use to bridge the gaps

Decide where deterministic code handles something and where a model has to, then prove the model is right often enough to trust

Build the evaluation harnesses that tell us our error rate on real data, not on a benchmark

Keep systems running after launch. Monitor, catch drift, retune thresholds, handle the exception queue

Sit with operations teams, watch how they actually work, and come back with something that survives contact with them

What we're looking for

3+ years building and shipping software that real users or a real business depended on

You can sit with a client's operations team, work out how their business actually runs, and come back with a technical design. This is the part we care about most

Strong Python or TypeScript, and you have built and deployed real services: APIs, background jobs, queues, scheduled work, retries and idempotency. Not just scripts

Solid SQL and schema design. You can model a client's process into tables and query it without help

Real integration experience: third-party APIs, OAuth and API key auth, webhooks, pagination, rate limits, and the failure handling that comes with all of them

You have worked with unstructured input: PDFs, scanned documents, OCR, parsing email and messages

You can deploy and run what you build: Docker, a cloud provider, CI, logs and alerts. When something breaks in production, you can find the cause and fix itYou have used LLM APIs in production, including structured outputs and function calling

You can own a piece of client work end to end without being managed through it, and you know when to escalate instead of guessing

You write clearly. Most of the work is remote, so specs, updates and handover notes carry a lot of weight

Previous consulting or client-facing engineering experience is a plus

How we work

Mostly remote.

On-site is for the parts that don't work any other way: discovery sessions at the client, go-live, and the days when something is broken in a way that needs you in the room. Expect a few days a month, clustered around those moments rather than spread evenly. We'll also get together in person regularly as a team.

You'll have a lot of room. We agree what needs to happen and by when, then you get on with it. No daily check-ins, no tracker to feed. We review the things that matter and help whenever you ask. The team is young and growing, so what you own expands as fast as you want it to.

What this is not

Not a research role. We don't train models

Not a prompt engineering role. Prompts are a small part of a much larger system

Not an agent-building role. Agents are rarely our first choice, and the job is much wider than that

Not a role where you hand over a prototype and move on. You own what you build

Additional Details

Start: Sooner is better

Language: Arabic is a strong plus, not a requirement

Process: Intro call + Technical conversation

Benefits: Health insurance, Paid Annual leave and Ticket.
