<p>Key Responsibilities</p><ul><li><p>Supervise and coordinate daily site activities for interior fit-out and construction works.</p></li><li><p>Manage and coordinate workers, subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams to ensure smooth operations.</p></li><li><p>Monitor daily progress and ensure works are completed according to the approved project schedule.</p></li><li><p>Conduct regular site inspections and identify any issues, delays, defects, or coordination requirements.</p></li><li><p>Coordinate with the Project Manager, Site Engineer, consultants, clients, and subcontractors as required.</p></li><li><p>Ensure work is executed in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, method statements, and project requirements.</p></li><li><p>Monitor the quality of workmanship and ensure required standards are maintained.</p></li><li><p>Ensure proper sequencing and coordination between different trades to avoid delays and site conflicts.</p></li><li><p>Maintain daily site records, including manpower, work progress, materials, deliveries, inspections, and site activities.</p></li><li><p>Prepare and submit daily/weekly progress reports and other required site documentation.</p></li><li><p>Ensure workers follow proper site procedures, safety requirements, and housekeeping standards.</p></li><li><p>Follow up on snagging works and ensure outstanding items are completed within the required timeframe.</p></li><li><p>Maintain good communication with the client, consultant, subcontractors, and internal management team.</p></li><li><p>Support in achieving project targets for <strong>time, quality, safety, and workmanship</strong>.</p></li></ul><p>Requirements</p><ul><li><p>Minimum <strong>1 year of UAE experience</strong> in site supervision, preferably within <strong>interior fit-out, renovation, or construction</strong>.</p></li><li><p>Practical knowledge of day-to-day site operations and construction/fit-out activities.</p></li><li><p>Good understanding of site coordination and construction sequencing.</p></li><li><p>Strong documentation and reporting skills.</p></li><li><p>Ability to coordinate and supervise workers and subcontractors effectively.</p></li><li><p>Good communication and organizational skills.</p></li><li><p>Ability to read and understand drawings and project requirements.</p></li><li><p>Good knowledge of site safety, quality control, and housekeeping requirements.</p></li><li><p>Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple site activities simultaneously.</p></li><li><p>Must be <strong>currently based in Dubai, UAE</strong>.</p></li><li><p><strong>Immediate joiners are preferred</strong></p></li></ul><p><strong>Desired Candidate Profile</strong></p><p>Preferred Skills</p><ul><li><p>Experience in villa, residential, commercial, or luxury interior fit-out projects.</p></li><li><p>Knowledge of finishing works, joinery, ceilings, partitions, flooring, painting, MEP coordination, and other fit-out activities.</p></li><li><p>Experience preparing daily reports, progress updates, manpower records, and site documentation.</p></li><li><p>Ability to identify site issues and coordinate practical solutions quickly.</p></li></ul>
