Develop risk mitigation recommendations and loss prevention initiatives in partnership with business units to reduce claim frequency and severity. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) including claims frequency, claims cost, loss ratios, insurance premium trends, policy compliance, renewal success, risk reduction performance, and insurer service levels. Conduct insurance audits, policy compliance reviews, benchmarking studies, catastrophe exposure assessments, and continuous improvement initiatives. Ensure compliance with UAE insurance regulations, corporate governance standards, contractual insurance requirements, international insurance practices, and organizational policies. Manage insurance budgets, broker agreements, insurer relationships, third-party risk consultants, claims administrators, and strategic insurance initiatives. Drive digital transformation initiatives through artificial intelligence (AI)-powered risk analytics, predictive claims modeling, insurance management platforms, workflow automation, digital claims processing, enterprise risk management (ERM) systems, and business intelligence solutions. Utilize Origami Risk, Riskonnect, Logic Gate, SAP, Oracle ERP, Microsoft 365, Power BI, Tableau, Service Now GRC, insurance management systems, claims platforms, and document management solutions to monitor risk performance and generate actionable insights. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Risk Management, Insurance, Finance, Business Administration, Accounting, Law, Economics, or a related field. Master's degree in Risk Management, Business Administration (MBA), Finance, Insurance, or a related discipline is highly advantageous. Professional certifications such as Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU), Associate in Risk Management (ARM), Certified Risk Manager (CRM), Chartered Insurance Institute (CII), Financial Risk Manager (FRM), or equivalent are preferred.
