<p>My client a leading Real Estate Developer is looking for a Senior Development Manager in Abu Dhabi, UAE. As the Senior Development Manager your role is pivotal in leading development projects from inception to completion. You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the development process, including site selection, due diligence, entitlements, design, construction, and project delivery under guidance of the Development Director.
Additionally, you will be responsible with identifying new development opportunities, building relationships with key stakeholders, and ensuring all development projects are accomplished on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards, ensuring alignment with industry standards, market trends, and overarching vision.
Roles & Responsibilities:
The selected individual is expected to be responsible for managing:
* Project Management: Lead and manage all aspects of development process, from initial feasibility studies to project completion.

* Project Budgeting and Financial Management: Develop and manage project budgets for development projects, including cost estimation, expense tracking, and financial reporting, and ensure projects are aligned with the approved business plan created by the development department.
* Risk Management: Identify potential risks and challenges associated with each project and implement strategies to mitigate risk and ensure successful project delivery.
* Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including investors, lenders, government agencies, community groups, and other relevant parties.
* Market Research and Analysis: Stay informed about market trends, competitor activity, and industry best practices to inform decision-making and identify new opportunities for growth.
* Team Leadership: Provide leadership to develop a cohesive work team, demonstrating Core Values and creating a positive and collaborative work environment.

* Bachelor's degree in Town Planning/Urban Design, Business Administration, Real Estate, Architecture, Engineering, or related fields with a preference for Masters.
* At least 10 years of experience in similar projects within real estate vertical with significant middle east experience ( 5+ years).
* Strong knowledge of real estate development processes, including finance, zoning, and permitting.
* Proven experience of successfully managing and delivering complex development projects.
* In-depth knowledge of real estate development processes, including site selection, due diligence, entitlements, design, construction, and leasing.

<p><strong>Job Purpose</strong><br>Handling end-to-end corporate client onboarding with focus on new-to-bank relationships across UAE, Mashreq’s footprint markets, and non-presence countries including KSA.
