KEY RESPONSIBILITIESTraining calendar. Build and own the annual and quarterly calendar for all markets, worked backwards from the trading calendar so delivery lands when the floor can absorb it. Content development, review and approval. Build learning content directly — particularly management and leadership programmes and anything the Assistant Manager cannot absorb — and set the standard for how content is written across the department. Review and approve all content, including anything AI-assisted, before it goes to the L&TD Head for sign-off and reaches the learner on time. Team management.
