<p><strong>Vessel Management and Reporting</strong> </p><p>Maintain complete set of valid class & Flag state certificates for each chartered vessel. Maintain and monitor PMS of all chartered vessels in line with the owner representative and manufacturer manuals. Report details of all jobs and activities relative to chartered vessel surveys to Management Zero detentions; 100% documentation completeness </p><p><strong>Resource Management </strong></p><p>Ensure that required manpower is available on chartered vessels at all times to execute scope of work in a safe & efficient manner and meet Safe manning and Clients Criteria. Ensure that chartered vessels are equipped with necessary lifesaving appliances & firefighting equipment and ensure that all are in good operating condition. Ensure all chartered vessel personnel comply with regulatory training requirements as per Standards of Training, Certification & Watch keeping (STCW) 95 / client requirements.
