We are seeking an experienced Fire Safety Manager / Fire Engineering Director to lead fire safety management, fire engineering, compliance, and fire protection across buildings and projects. Key Responsibilities Lead fire safety planning, fire engineering, risk assessments, and compliance programmes. Oversee fire detection, alarm, suppression, evacuation, and life safety systems. Ensure compliance with fire codes, regulations, standards, and authority requirements. Conduct fire risk assessments, inspections, audits, and safety reviews. Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, consultants, authorities, and project teams. Review fire safety plans, technical submissions, designs, reports, and emergency procedures. Identify and resolve fire safety risks, non-compliance issues, and corrective actions. Lead and mentor fire safety engineers, officers, and technical teams. Requirements & Qualifications Diploma/Degree in Fire Engineering, Fire Safety, Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field. Proven experience in fire safety management, fire engineering, fire protection, or a related senior role. Strong knowledge of fire codes, fire protection systems, life safety, evacuation, and risk assessment. Familiarity with NFPA, BS, EN, local fire codes, and relevant international standards. Strong technical, analytical, communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. Experience working with authorities, consultants, contractors, and multidisciplinary teams. Relevant certification such as Fire Safety Manager, CFPS, PE, or equivalent is an advantage.
