transportation, and disposal of waste, ensuring alignment with contractual obligations and
operational standards. The role focuses on maintaining high customer satisfaction,
optimizing resource allocation, and ensuring accurate data management and reporting. </p><p>
Duties and responsibilities
Plan and execute daily waste collection activities (hazardous and non-hazardous),
ensuring efficiency and compliance with service agreements.
Assign and schedule staff and vehicles; generate and communicate work orders to
drivers and helpers.
Monitor field operations, track progress, and resolve issues related to service delays,
customer complaints, or operational disruptions.
Supervise and motivate the dispatch team, ensuring performance, discipline, and
compliance with safety protocols.
Maintain cleanliness and order in the yard and waste handling areas at client sites.
Prepare shift handovers, time sheets, collection tickets, and work orders for the
upcoming shifts.
Coordinate mobilization, maintenance, and demobilization of equipment and vehicles;
maintain up-to-date inventory records.
Input and cross-verify operational data including staff attendance, overtime, waste
collected, and service logs.
Liaise with Workshop and Procurement teams for vehicle maintenance and availability of
required resources.
Ensure all scheduled jobs are executed; report and follow up on failed or delayed jobs.
Use GPS tracking systems to monitor vehicle movement and optimize route planning.
Foster coordination with internal departments such as Workshop, QHSE, and Credit
Control for smooth operational flow.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients; provide timely support and suggest
service improvements.
Oversee subcontractor activities, ensuring compliance with company and legal
standards.
Liaise with regulatory and governmental authorities for permits or operational
approvals.
Prepare monthly and ad hoc reports as requested by the manager.
Monitor competitor activities and share market insights with the management.
Plan & ensure safe execution of all subcontractor activities, as per company procedures
& policies.
To liaise with governmental or any other concerned authorities for any required
approvals
To Prepare the required monthly and /or any other MIS report, as assigned by your
reporting manager
Monitor market conditions and competitor activity and provide its feedback to the Line
Manager
To maintain professional and technical knowledge through continuous learning, by
