We are seeking an experienced and proactive Shipping Manager to lead and oversee all aspects of the company's shipping, import/export operations, and documentation across multiple locations. The ideal candidate will ensure efficient, compliant, and cost-effective shipping processes while driving continuous improvement in coordination with internal teams, government authorities, and external partners such as freight forwarders, customs officials, and clearing agents. This role requires a hands-on manager with strong expertise in import/export regulations, documentation, and operational efficiency in both Local (Mainland) and Free Zone setups. 1. Shipping Operations Management<ul><li>Oversee and manage all import/export operations including customs documentation, clearance, and compliance across local, free zone, and GCC borders.</li><li>Ensure smooth coordination with freight forwarders, clearing agents, and internal teams for timely cargo booking, delivery, and documentation accuracy.</li><li>Develop, monitor, and improve shipping and clearance procedures to minimize delays and costs.</li><li>Proactively resolve shipment delays, clearance issues, and discrepancies with customs and freight agents.</li><li>Manage and oversee preparation of all types of customs declarations in Dubai Trade (Mirsal II portal) and other relevant systems.</li></ul>2. Customs & Trade Relations<ul><li>Build and maintain positive working relationships with customs officers, port authorities, and trade regulators to facilitate smooth clearance and regulatory adherence.</li><li>Keep up-to-date with changes in customs policies, documentation requirements, and trade agreements affecting company shipments.</li><li>Manage Makasa Stamping procedures for cross-border transactions between Jebel Ali Free Zone, RAK Free Zone, and GCC countries.</li></ul>7. Logistics Process Optimization<ul><li>Continuously review and enhance shipping workflows, cost control measures, and delivery timelines to support the company’s business objectives.</li><li>Identify process bottlenecks and implement corrective actions for smoother operations.</li><li>Explore and implement automation tools for document preparation, tracking, and reporting.</li></ul>8. Lead safe, precise radiotherapy planning and treatment for children and adolescents with cancer as part of an integrated pediatric oncology service. The successful physician will combine excellent clinical judgment with compassionate communication, multidisciplinary teamwork and a strong commitment to quality and patient safety. Key responsibilities Â·Evaluate pediatric oncology referrals and develop individualized radiotherapy strategies with the multidisciplinary tumor board. Â·Lead simulation, contouring, planning review, image guidance and treatment verification for pediatric patients. Â·Coordinate anesthesia/sedation, supportive care and late-effects monitoring with pediatric oncology and other specialties. Experience and licensing Â·Tier 1 qualification and DOH Consultant-level post-qualification experience with a current pediatric oncology case mix. Â·Candidates must hold, or be eligible to obtain, a Department of Health – Abu Dhabi Consultant licence for the applicable base specialty/title. <h2 class="h5">Job description</h2> <div class="t-break" data-jb-field="description"> Job Description – Consultant Pediatric Hematologist Location: Dubai, UAE Department: Pediatrics – Pediatric Hematology Employment Type: Full-Time Job Summary We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced Consultant Pediatric Hematologist to join a leading healthcare provider in Dubai, UAE. The successful candidate will provide comprehensive diagnostic, therapeutic, and preventive care for infants, children, and adolescents with benign and malignant hematological disorders. The Consultant will deliver evidence-based, family-centered care while ensuring the highest standards of patient safety, clinical excellence, and compliance with Dubai Health Authority (DHA) regulations. Key Responsibilities Diagnose, evaluate, and manage pediatric patients with hematological disorders, including anemia, hemoglobinopathies, bleeding disorders, thrombophilia, thrombocytopenia, bone marrow failure syndromes, and hematologic malignancies. Manage children with sickle cell disease, thalassemia, hemophilia, immune thrombocytopenia (ITP), aplastic anemia, leukemia, lymphoma, and other blood disorders. Interpret laboratory investigations, bone marrow aspirates and biopsies, coagulation studies, genetic testing, and molecular diagnostics. Develop individualized treatment plans, including chemotherapy protocols, blood product transfusions, immunotherapy, and supportive care where appropriate. Provide inpatient consultations, outpatient hematology clinics, and emergency hematology services. Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Production Engineer to oversee and coordinate daily production activities within our Aluminum Factory. The role will be responsible for ensuring efficient fabrication, optimal resource utilization, quality compliance, and timely delivery of aluminum products and façade systems. Key Responsibilities Plan, coordinate, and monitor daily production activities to achieve production targets and delivery schedules. Review approved shop drawings, cutting lists, and production orders before releasing work to the factory floor. Coordinate with Design, Estimation, Procurement, Stores, QA/QC, and Project teams to ensure smooth production flow. Monitor fabrication activities for aluminum systems, including cutting, machining, assembly, glazing, and packing. Prepare and maintain production schedules and track progress against planned targets. Optimize manpower, machinery, and material utilization to improve productivity and minimize wastage. Identify production bottlenecks and implement corrective actions to avoid delays. Ensure all fabricated products comply with approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and project requirements. Coordinate with QA/QC teams to address non-conformities and implement corrective and preventive actions. Monitor production costs, material wastage, and resource consumption and recommend cost-saving measures. Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance factory efficiency, productivity, and workflow. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and factory operating procedures. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production reports and present updates to management. Coordinate with project and logistics teams to ensure timely completion and dispatch of finished products. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing, Civil, or a related Engineering discipline. Minimum 5–8 years of experience in production engineering, preferably within an Aluminum, Façade, Curtain Wall, Glazing, or Aluminum Fabrication Factory. Strong knowledge of aluminum fabrication processes and factory production workflows. Experience in reading and interpreting shop drawings, fabrication drawings, and cutting lists. Knowledge of aluminum systems, profiles, hardware, glazing, and façade components is highly preferred. Experience in production planning, scheduling, manpower allocation, and resource management. Strong understanding of quality control and production efficiency. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP/production management systems; Auto CAD knowledge is an advantage. Strong problem-solving, coordination, and leadership skills. UAE/GCC experience in a similar industry is preferred.

The successful candidate will provide high-quality plastic, reconstructive, and aesthetic surgical services while maintaining the highest standards of patient safety and clinical care. Key Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive consultations, assessments, and pre-operative evaluations. Perform a broad range of plastic, reconstructive, and aesthetic surgical procedures . Develop individualized surgical and treatment plans based on patient requirements. Perform pre-operative and post-operative patient management and follow-up. Manage complex cases and identify patients requiring multidisciplinary care. Maintain accurate and confidential medical records in accordance with UAE healthcare standards. Ensure appropriate patient counselling regarding procedures, risks, benefits, expected outcomes, and recovery.
