CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTSBachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent. Minimum 15 years of Oil & Gas / Petrochemical construction experience. Minimum 5 years in a senior Piping Construction Manager / Piping Superintendent position. Strong hands-on experience in large-scale piping fabrication and erection. SMP / MEI construction contractor experience is essential. Strong knowledge of ASME B31.3 and ASME Section IX. Key Responsibilities:
• The Senior Planner is responsible for developing, updating, and monitoring baseline project schedules, analyzing critical paths, and tracking progress to ensure timely delivery.
• Establish, update, and manage the integrated baseline Master Project Schedule (using Primavera P6) in alignment with contractual requirements.
• Track daily, weekly, and monthly site progress against the approved baseline, identifying variances and generating Earned Value Management (EVM) metrics.
