The Moon Media is a creator agency built around crypto's most-watched You Tube channels. We manage a roster of creators, run The Moon Show live, and broker the sponsorship partnerships behind them — working directly with global tier 1 exchanges.<br>We're hiring an associate to run the day-to-day. You'll be the person creators message first and brands hear back from fastest. Reports directly to the Agency Lead.<br>What you'll own<br>Creator communications — daily point of contact for the roster. Chasing scripts, upload dates and sponsor mentions. Keeping creators unblocked without needing to be chased yourself.<br>Deliverables management — track every sponsor obligation per creator against contract terms. Flag shortfalls before the sponsor does. Keep our Trello boards as the single source of truth.<br>The Moon Show live — monitor livestreams, coordinate guests and run-of-show basics, confirm sponsor placements go out live, log KPIs after each show.<br>Business development support — build and qualify outreach lists of exchanges and Web3 brands. First-touch emails, booking calls, prepping one-pagers and proposals, keeping the pipeline current. You won't be closing alone on day one. You will be by month six.<br>Reporting — weekly deliverable reports, campaign performance summaries, and invoice and collection follow-ups with partners.<br>Who you are<br>1–3 years in influencer marketing, agency account management, partnerships or business development Crypto or Web3 exposure strongly preferred. You don't need to be a degen, but you should know who's who in the space Ruthlessly organised. You live in Trello, Google Sheets, Telegram, Discord and email all day, and you close loops without reminders Clear written English.
