The Role<br><br>We are looking for a Senior Associate to join our market leading MEA Projects & Construction team to work on a range of high value and complex construction projects and contractual issues for clients across diverse sectors, predominantly located within the UAE.<br><br>Your practice will focus on complex international construction negotiation support and advising as "Project Counsel" on commercial, legal and contractual issues that arise during the lifecycle of a construction project.<br><br>Transactional / non-contentious experience (including drafting and negotiating international construction contracts) would also be welcomed but is not essential.<br><br>The nature and size of the team will mean that you will lead, manage and be heavily involved in all aspects of matters allowing you to make a significant contribution to their outcome.<br><br>This role will allow you to continue to develop your professional and personal brand.<br><br>The Team <br><br>Clyde & Co's Projects & Construction group is widely acknowledged as the regional market leader. facilities, equipment and resources are prepared, maintained and available to
