<li>Secure Design Centre approvals for corrective maintenance prior to execution.</li>
<li>Guarantee valid insurance coverage for all operated sites.</li>

We are seeking a Senior Document Controller to manage document control governance and CDE (Common Data Environment) for our projects. In this role, you’ll keep our projects moving by organizing, tracking, and safeguarding all technical documentation. You will own version control, transmittals, and audit trails so teams can trust they’re working from the latest approved information. This is a full-time, office-based position reporting to the Head of Design/PMO.<br>Tasks<br><br>Govern Document Control and CDE Management: Oversee our Common Data Environment (e.g. Oracle Aconex, Autodesk BIM 360/ACC, Share Point) and implement EDMS tools/configuration in line with project requirements and quality policies.<br>Stakeholder Coordination: Work closely with engineers, architects, consultants and other stakeholders to streamline documentation workflows. Provide training and guidance on document standards and best practices to project teams and partners.<br>Maintain Registers and Reports: Produce and update document registers, status reports and dashboards. Ensure all drawings and deliverables are properly version-controlled, accessible and audit-ready.<br>Audit Readiness: Support internal and external audits by compiling turnover dossiers, as-built packages and ensuring compliance checks. Keep document libraries always organized and audit compliant.<br>Continuous Improvement: Develop KPIs and refine document control processes for greater traceability. Enforce ISO-aligned documentation controls (ISO 9001/19650) and incorporate lessons learned into improved workflows.<br><br>Requirements<br><br>Experience: 7–10+ years of document control experience (ideally in engineering or design consultancy projects). Experience leading or mentoring a document control team is a plus.<br>Technical Skills: Proven proficiency with CDE/DMS platforms such as Oracle Aconex, Autodesk BIM 360 (ACC), MS Share Point, etc. Hands-on experience configuring document workflows and maintaining complex libraries.<br>Industry Background: Experience in Vertical Transportation (elevators/escalators) or related MEP disciplines is highly valued. Familiarity with reading and managing lift/escalator design drawings and specifications.<br>Standards & Compliance: Good understanding of ISO 9001/19650 standards and quality management.
