Practical experience preparing sales offers, booking forms, SPAs, and NOCs. Excellent attention to detail with the ability to manage confidential contracts and client information accurately. Strong organizational and multitasking skills to manage multiple transactions simultaneously. Good written and verbal communication skills in English; Arabic language skills are an added advantage. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and CRM systems. <h4>About the requirements</h4>
<ul>
<li>Identify and develop new business opportunities within the plywood and building materials market</li>
<li>Build, manage, and strengthen relationships with contractors, carpenters, interior designers, architects, and dealers</li>
<li>Promote and sell plywood products to achieve and exceed assigned sales targets</li>
<li>Conduct market research to monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and evolving customer needs</li>
<li>Visit construction sites, retail outlets, and project locations to generate leads and convert opportunities</li>
<li>Negotiate pricing, contracts, and commercial terms, and successfully close sales deals</li>
<li>Ensure timely follow-up and collection of payments from clients</li>
<li>Prepare and maintain accurate sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates</li>
