We are looking for an Onboarding & Admin Coordinator to manage the end-to-end onboarding of property owners across the Nox and Unlock portfolios. You will be the main point of contact for new owners during onboarding, coordinating documentation, listing readiness and internal handovers so that every property goes live on time and to standard. Coordinate with Operations, Revenue Management and Housekeeping to confirm properties are guest-ready before go-live. Support wider administrative needs of the onboarding function, including filing, reporting and process documentation. Identify recurring onboarding bottlenecks and suggest practical process improvements.<br>What We're Looking For2–4 years of experience in the UAE holiday home or short-term rental sector, ideally in owner onboarding, client services or property administration. Working knowledge of UAE holiday home licensing requirements, including DTCM permits, Ejari and DED processes. Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple onboarding cases at different stages simultaneously. Confident communicator, comfortable liaising with property owners, agents and internal teams across departments. Detail-oriented, with strong document management and data accuracy habits.
