Navigate and simplify complexity: You will manage competing demands coming from all directions. You excel at taking that volume, structuring the details, prioritizing ruthlessly, and taking decisive action. You don't wait for permission to move; you make informed calls and drive progress.

What We're Looking For

4+ years of experience in fast-paced, high-scale environments (Series A/B/C startups or equivalent-pace tech organizations), with a proven track record of moving quickly and juggling competing priorities. Relentless resourcefulness: When you hit a roadblock, you find a way around it. You are highly comfortable context-switching between a customer escalation, an engineering sync, and deep-dive data analysis. Autonomous decision-making: You are a natural problem-solver who can dig into complex issues, form a strong point of view, and make the right calls.
