Job Summary / Introduction<br><br>The Director, Structured Products & Clients Solutions is responsible for originating, structuring, and delivering tailored structured products and client solutions across relevant asset classes, supporting revenue growth and franchise development within Global Markets. The role is responsible for managing strategic client engagement, identifying market opportunities, partnering with Trading, Sales, Risk, Legal, Compliance, Operations and Coverage teams, and ensuring solutions are executed within the Bank’s risk appetite, governance framework and regulatory standards while maintaining high levels of client satisfaction.<br><br>Key Responsibilities<br><br> Lead market, client and product analysis to identify structured product opportunities, assess client needs, evaluate risk-return dynamics and support the development of executable solutions across relevant asset classes. Develop and maintain senior client relationships by understanding client objectives, risk appetite, market views and investment or hedging requirements. Originate, structure and coordinate tailored structured product solutions in partnership with Trading, Sales, Coverage and relevant control functions. Prepare and present market views, trade ideas, pricing considerations and solution proposals to internal stakeholders and clients. Oversee documentation, approvals, execution readiness and post-trade coordination to ensure transactions are delivered accurately and within agreed timelines. Drive client penetration, cross-sell and wallet share by identifying opportunities that align with FAB’s product capabilities, risk appetite and strategic priorities. Manage the structured products pipeline, prioritise opportunities, monitor deal progress and ensure timely escalation of execution, pricing, documentation or operational issues. Ensure all client activity, onboarding, KYC, suitability, compliance and regulatory requirements are completed in line with Bank policies and applicable regulations. Collaborate with Trading, Quant, Technology and Operations teams to enhance pricing tools, collateral monitoring, workflow efficiency and overall platform capability. Ensure all activities are conducted within approved policies, product governance standards, dealing mandates, market conduct requirements and operational procedures. Produce and maintain accurate pipeline, revenue, risk, collateral, client activity and management reporting to support business monitoring and decision making. Lead origination and structuring of bespoke structured product and client solution opportunities, including equity-linked financing, structured notes, repo financing, derivatives-based solutions and other relevant products aligned to client needs and approved product capabilities. Act as a senior product specialist and trusted advisor to Sales, Coverage and clients by providing technical expertise, market insight, pricing analysis and structuring alternatives. Support platform development by identifying process enhancements, automation opportunities, pricing improvements and reporting solutions that strengthen the Structured Products & Clients Solutions franchise.<br><br>Requirements / Qualifications<br><br> Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Mathematics, Engineering or a related discipline. Strong knowledge of Global Markets products, structured products, derivatives, financing solutions, risk management concepts and FAB’s business strategy. Ability to originate and structure client solutions, assess risk-return trade-offs and translate market opportunities into executable transactions. Advanced analytical, financial modelling, pricing and problem-solving skills. Strong client engagement, communication, negotiation and presentation skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders. Proficiency with relevant banking, trading, market data and risk systems, including Bloomberg, Murex or other applicable platforms. Sound understanding of collateral management, documentation, product governance, compliance and operational risk requirements. Ability to work under pressure, manage live market risk, prioritize multiple transactions and maintain attention to detail. Identify and help shape practical use cases for conversational and agentic AI within People Services, ensuring they enhance employee experience and complement human support. Provide leadership input into the design, testing, rollout, and continuous refinement of AI-enabled and digital service solutions. Ensure appropriate controls, privacy, escalation paths, and trust mechanisms are in place for all digital and AI-supported support channels. <br><br>Drive operational excellence and continuous improvement<br><br>Monitor and improve key service performance metrics across Help Desk and People Relations Services, such as case volume, first contact resolution, time to resolution, service quality, customer satisfaction, escalation rates, re-open rates, and self-service deflection. Lead ongoing improvements in workflows, playbooks, standard responses, training, quality assurance, and reporting. Partner with People Service Excellence and other stakeholders to simplify processes, remove friction, and improve end-to-end employee and manager experiences. Ensure effective controls, compliance, documentation standards, and data privacy practices are embedded across service operations. <br><br>Lead through insight, stakeholder partnership, and change<br><br>Act as the senior People Services contact for service performance, priorities, risks, and transformation opportunities. Provide regular insight and reporting to People leaders on service trends, root causes, organizational pain points, and improvement opportunities. Partner with Communications and relevant People teams to coordinate messaging around policy changes, process updates, and new tools or services. Support broader People transformation by bringing an employee-service lens to operating model design, simplification, and capability building across the function. <br><br>What You’ll Need To Succeed<br><br>Bachelor’s degree in business, Human Resources, Operations, Law, Psychology, or a related field; advanced degree is a plus. Typically, 10+ years of relevant experience across HR shared services, employee services, People operations, employee relations, HRBP, service delivery, or related functions, including significant leadership experience. Demonstrated experience leading managers and/or multiple service teams in a complex, matrixed, and fast-paced environment. Strong experience running a service or support function with clear accountability for quality, responsiveness, service design, and stakeholder experience. Strong understanding of multi-tier service delivery models, including Tier 0 / self-service, Tier 1 support, and specialist / Tier 2 case management. Meaningful exposure to employee relations or complex people issue resolution, with sound judgment on sensitive matters and a strong appreciation for governance, risk, and consistency. Strong skills in service design, operating model improvement, process improvement, and cross-functional workflow design. Experience with HR technology platforms and service tools such as HRIS, case management systems, knowledge bases, and digital support tools. Demonstrated ability to use data and analytics to monitor performance, identify themes and root causes, and drive prioritization and decision-making. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and influence across leaders, specialist teams, and cross-functional partners. Strong people leadership capability, including coaching leaders and managers, building team capability, and creating a high-performance, service-oriented culture. Role Purpose The Director, Organizational Development & Succession Planning is responsible for leading the organization's workforce and organizational effectiveness agenda, ensuring the development of a high-performing, future-ready workforce. The role will drive organizational design, workforce planning, talent reviews, leadership development, succession planning, and performance management initiatives to support the organization's strategic objectives.<br>Key Responsibilities Organizational Development Develop and implement the organization's organizational development strategy and framework. Lead organizational design and restructuring initiatives to enhance effectiveness and efficiency. Conduct organizational assessments and recommend improvements to structures, roles, and capabilities. Drive culture, employee engagement, and change management initiatives. Succession Planning & Talent Management Design and implement enterprise-wide succession planning frameworks for critical and leadership roles. Lead talent review and calibration processes to identify high-potential employees. Develop talent pipelines to ensure leadership continuity and organizational resilience. Monitor succession readiness and talent risks across the organization. Leadership Development Design and oversee leadership development programs aligned with future business needs. Establish development pathways for high-potential employees and emerging leaders. Partner with business leaders to identify capability gaps and development priorities. Support coaching, mentoring, and career development initiatives. Workforce Planning & Performance Management Lead strategic workforce planning initiatives to ensure alignment between workforce capabilities and business requirements. Oversee performance management frameworks and drive a high-performance culture. Utilize workforce analytics and talent insights to support decision-making and succession readiness. Develop metrics and dashboards to measure organizational effectiveness and talent outcomes. Stakeholder Management Partner with senior leaders to align organizational development and succession strategies with business priorities. Act as a trusted advisor to executives on talent, organizational effectiveness, and leadership development matters. Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence and business units to deliver integrated talent solutions.<br>Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree preferred. Professional certifications in HR, Talent Management, Organizational Development, or Coaching are advantageous. Experience Minimum 12+ years of experience in Organizational Development, Talent Management, Succession Planning, or Human Resources. Proven experience developing and implementing organization-wide succession and leadership development programs.
