<p>The Electrical Engineering Manager will be responsible for leading all electrical engineering activities during the construction, installation, commissioning, and operational phases of the BOPP manufacturing plant. Qualifications

Minimum 10 years of experience in industrial manufacturing or process industries.
Minimum 5 years of experience in a managerial or leadership role.
Proven experience in plant construction, electrical installation, testing, commissioning, and maintenance.
Experience in BOPP, BOPET, Flexible Packaging, Plastics, Petrochemical, FMCG, or similar manufacturing industries will be preferred.
Required Skills
Strong knowledge of industrial electrical systems, power distribution, and electrical engineering principles.

PMI certification or equivalent is an advantage.</p></li><li><p>Techno-functional expertise with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, solve complex problems, and demonstrate strong negotiation skills.</p></li><li><p>Hands-on experience with Microsoft Project (MPP) is mandatory.</p></li><li><p>Excellent verbal and written communication skills with proven ability to manage stakeholders at multiple levels, including business heads, functional heads, and senior management.</p></li><li><p>Create and execute project work plans in collaboration with project teams while closely monitoring deliverables and milestones.</p></li><li><p>Manage day-to-day project operations and proactively resolve issues to ensure timely project delivery.</p></li><li><p>Effectively collaborate and communicate with stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction and successful project outcomes.</p></li><li><p>Ensure all project documentation is complete, accurate, and properly maintained.</p></li><li><p>Closely monitor project progress and provide regular status updates to senior management.</p></li><li><p>Prepare and present project status reports, including progress, risks, challenges, and mitigation plans.</p></li><li><p>Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.</p></li><li><p>Strong understanding of project performance monitoring principles, KPIs, and project metrics.</p></li><li><p>In-depth knowledge of banking processes and technology, with experience working across cross-functional teams.</p></li><li><p>Demonstrated expertise in stakeholder management, including engagement with senior leadership.</p></li><li><p>Proven experience managing project teams of 5–10 or more members.</p></li></ul>
