This program emphasizes skill development, mentorship, and gradual responsibility in a dynamic manufacturing and repair environment.<br><br>Job Description<br><br>WHAT YOU’LL DO<br><br>Participate in and support Kaizen events within the GT cell, contributing ideas and actions to drive continuous improvement.<br><br>Assist in the implementation and sustainment of lean lines, applying Lean tools such as 5S, Value Stream Mapping (VSM), Standard Work, and Daily Management Systems (DMS) under guidance.<br><br>Support daily operations to help achieve operational excellence across SQDCC (Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost & Culture).<br><br>Work collaboratively with Operations, Quality, Engineering, and Materials teams to help identify, analyze, and address bottlenecks in job execution and material flow.<br><br>Receive ongoing mentorship from experienced team members and actively engage in learning opportunities to build technical and operational capability.<br><br>Participate in structured problem-solving activities using daily management systems, contributing to waste reduction and process stabilization efforts.<br><br>Support the development, documentation, and sustainment of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for operational processes.<br><br>Promote and support a safe working environment, consistently prioritizing personal and team safety.<br><br>Assist in the evaluation and implementation of new technologies, tools, or methodologies that enhance operational efficiency and accuracy.<br><br>Actively participate in EHS Framework Elements and safety improvement projects within the service center.<br><br>Support compliance with quality work instructions and ensure alignment with repair engineering instructions.<br><br>What You Bring<br><br>Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, or another relevant technical discipline).<br><br>Foundational understanding of inspection and repair processes, Non-Destructive Testing (NDT), and quality systems gained through academic coursework, projects, or internships.<br><br>Academic, project-based, or internship exposure to Lean tools and methodologies such as Kaizen, Standard Work, VSM, 5S, and Daily Management Systems.<br><br>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to apply structured thinking to practical challenges.<br><br>Willingness to learn, adapt, and grow in a hands-on operational environment.<br><br>In line with the localization requirements of UAE, preference will be given to qualified UAE National talents.<br><br>UAE Nationals holding a Family Book are encouraged to apply<br><br>How To Excel In This Role<br><br>Consistently prioritize safety and actively engage in EHS practices and improvements.<br><br>Embrace a Kaizen mindset by seeking learning opportunities and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.<br><br>Develop practical proficiency in Lean tools and apply them with coaching and guidance.<br><br>Collaborate effectively across teams and functions, building strong working relationships.<br><br>Demonstrate an ownership mindset by taking responsibility for assigned tasks and following them through to completion.<br><br>Show potential to influence others positively and develop change leadership skills in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.<br><br>Actively seek feedback, coaching, and opportunities to develop technical, operational, and leadership capabilities.
