- Support internal audits and ensure timely closure of NCRs.
- Ensure compliance with project quality and safety standards.
QS / Commercial Responsibilities:
- Prepare and verify BOQ quantities based on drawings and project requirements.
- Perform quantity take-offs and monitor work progress against BOQ.
- Assist in preparation of interim payment applications.
- Support preparation of variation orders (VO), claims, and cost tracking.
- Verify subcontractor measurements, quantities, and invoices.
- Maintain accurate records for measurements, billing, and commercial documentation.</p><p>Candidate Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
- 1–3 years of experience in QA/QC and Quantity Surveying roles within construction or industrial projects.
- Knowledge of QA/QC procedures, documentation control, and project specifications.
- Experience with quantity take-off, BOQ preparation, payment applications, and variations.
- Familiarity with construction drawings, standards, and quality requirements.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word).
- QA/QC or Quantity Surveying certifications will be an added advantage.
