The client is looking for an experienced and presentable Civil Engineer to join their team.</p><p>The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and the ability to coordinate effectively with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and site teams.<br><br><strong>Job Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li><p>Manage and supervise interior fit-out, renovation, and construction projects from execution through completion.</p></li><li><p>Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams to ensure smooth project delivery.</p></li><li><p>Monitor site progress, quality of work, materials, and compliance with approved drawings and specifications.</p></li><li><p>Review drawings, technical documents, and project requirements and coordinate with relevant teams for execution.</p></li><li><p>Conduct regular site inspections and ensure works are completed according to required standards, timelines, and specifications.</p></li><li><p>Identify and resolve site-related technical issues, delays, and coordination challenges.</p></li><li><p>Prepare and maintain project documentation, progress reports, and relevant site records.</p></li><li><p>Ensure compliance with UAE construction standards, health and safety requirements, and applicable authority regulations.</p></li><li><p>Coordinate with relevant authorities when required and ensure necessary approvals are in place.</p></li><li><p>Support project planning, scheduling, and cost control to ensure projects are delivered efficiently.</p></li></ul><br><p><strong>Desired Candidate Profile</strong></p><ul><li><p>Minimum 5 years of UAE experience in the interiors, fit-out, renovation, or construction industry.</p></li><li><p>Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or a relevant engineering qualification.</p></li><li><p>Dubai Municipality (DM) approved engineer along with a valid G+1 License</p></li><li><p>Good communication skills – Fluency in English</p></li><li><p>Strong knowledge of interior fit-out and construction practices, site execution, and project coordination.</p></li><li><p>Presentable, professional, and confident when dealing with clients, consultants, and project teams.</p></li><li><p>Strong problem-solving, coordination, and interpersonal skills.</p></li><li><p>Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced project environment.</p></li><li><p>Valid UAE driver’s license</p></li></ul>
