<span>Your role We are looking for a proactive and technically inclined Sales Engineer to grow the BeaconMedaes MiddleEast – Aftermarket (QMS) business. Your mission is to drive spare parts sales, service contract sales and follow up opportunities for both direct and indirect sales, improve quotation turnaround, and strengthen relationships with Medical Gas Pipeline System (MGPS) customers – including distribution partners, hospitals, clinics, contractors etc. You will collaborate closely with Regional /Area Managers, Service Coordinators, Operations team and Field Service Technicians to ensure timely responses, accurate quotations, and excellent customer experience for all aftermarket interactions. Key Responsibilities Sales & Customer Support Drive distributor business growth across the QMS portfolio in the assigned territories inline with Divisional targets throughout the assigned region. Identify opportunities for new businesses like providing direct services for select customers, select services, testing services and training opportunities as well as direct contracts. Manage and execute spare parts and aftermarket service quotations, ensuring timely and accurate submissions. Process orders received, maintaining the integrity of the post sales process by acquiring the necessary PO, documentation, approvals and contract review process. Actively engaging in planned prospecting activities geared at increasing the customer base, and continually increase your market share Support Regional/Area Managers with small and medium-sized customer accounts, including contractors and medical facilities. Maintain structured follow-up on quotations, leads, RFQs, and open opportunities, improving win rate and customer satisfaction. Identify upselling and cross‑selling opportunities across QMS aftermarket portfolio (parts, services, service kits, upgrades). Assist in responding to Aftermarket campaigns, including outbound calls, emails, and customer engagement activities. Actively contribute to team efforts, meetings and discussions Order & Process Management Processing customer orders, ensuring accuracy of POs, documentation, pricing, product identification, and internal approvals. Coordinate with the logistics, service, and technical teams to ensure correct delivery, scheduling, and customer communication. Ensure timely order booking and revenue recognition for QMS aftermarket business. Technical & Product Support Support customers in identifying correct spare parts, assemblies, and service kits for Medical Air, Vacuum, AGSS, and Monitoring systems (BeaconMedaes portfolio). Assist Regional / Area Managers in mapping MGPS installed base and identifying service opportunities. Review technical documents (datasheets, BOMs, manuals) and ensure correct selections for parts and service proposals. CRM & Reporting Ensure all activities (quotes, leads, calls, opportunities, customer interactions) are correctly documented in CRM. Provide regular updates, sales reports, and market intelligence to the Aftermarket Team. Support accuracy of sales forecasting, pipeline planning, and performance tracking. Your skills and experience Education & Experience Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or related fields 1 to 3 years’ experience in technical sales, inside sales, or aftermarket support, ideally within medical, industrial, or compressed air systems. Manage tactically and create spare aircraft time to launch extra-sections during periods of high season and major world events like Haj, Umrah, Nowroz, Dubai Shopping Festival, Dubai Summer Surprise, Chinese New Year, etc., whilst simultaneously ensuring that schedule integrity is maintained. Manage the production of Emirates public timetables on a seasonal basis. Direct OAG timetable production house in the UK to ensure Emirates schedules are captured correctly and Emirates online and interline connectivity is built to provide maximum product exposure to the travelling public. Coordinate with the printers on design and layout of the timetables to enhance the visibility of Emirates? network and new city-pairs resulting in higher revenue potential. Specialized: (NCC/Network Optimisation) Steer the activities of all operational stakeholders, viz. Engineering Planning, Operations/Hub Control, Flight Dispatch, Crew Scheduling, Airport Services, Sky Cargo and DNATA, towards realization of incremental revenue/cost saving opportunities arising from aircraft reassignment/extra flights. Effective and timely coordination with these stakeholders will result in capitalisation of market demand and maximum utilisation of spare aircraft time leading to higher profits. Manage, evaluate and address all operational constraints and issues which could impact the commercial objectives of the company and co-ordinate to implement recovery plans assessing the revenue and cost benefits of such decisions. Project manage charter flights throughout its life cycle, extend support to Manager Network Optimisation and Charters with the price quote and provide valuable inputs for an efficient charter operation, covering all commercial and operational aspects. These flights are of high business value and hence need skilful negotiations with internal and external stake holder to ensure efficient and smooth operations. Evaluate and manage the night curfew and slot constrains at various airports and co-ordinate with airport and regulatory authorities to obtain slot confirmation, landing/take-off permission of all aircraft which are off-schedule and re-plan the flights in order to comply, in case of deviations, with the local requirements and effectively manage the continued increase in slot constrained airports. Failure in complying with the regulatory requirements invites fines to the airline and possible loss of historic slot. Specialized: (Business Systems) Plan, develop and coordinate with EGIT to ensure ENCOM (Emirates Network & Capacity Optimisation Module), CSR (Central Schedule Repository) and other Network Optimisation systems are fully functional, are in line with the latest technological advancements and are capable of meeting Emirates' future business requirements. Coordinate with Material Organization/FTM on Part Basic set-up.</li><li>Co-ordinate all Ship Shop Ship(S/S/S), Tasks 2 and repair orders to ensure they will be returned to the aircraft in accordance with the required dates per the workflow plan or substitute parts are sourced.</li><li>Ensure all S/S/S or tasks 2 parts are dispatched with all required information listed.</li><li>Ensure all relevant stake holders are kept updated on the materials status for the check, especially any items which may impact on the workflow of the input.</li><li>Provide appropriate daily reports to the Production Planning Engineers and production teams.</li><li>Monitor the actual material issues the Check Budget and provide feedback to the production team on opportunities to reduce the materials cost including working with the production team to return unused parts.</li><li>Coordinate the Robbery activity for assigned events, ensuring robbery messages are sent and robbed parts are processed through the virtual robbery store to control R Class costs.</li><li>Co-ordinate all materials related closure actions at the end of each input including:<br>a. DBNU clean-up and feedback to the planning organisation for future DBNU reduction.<br>b.Review the materials spend in terms of parts, quantity & cost at the end of each input and provide recommendations on future stock levels, contingency spares orders and unusual order patterns.</li><li>Deliver and supervise the check work package preparation and compilation process for assigned events, from handover of a package by CAMO to the handover of it to the production team. Continuously update the work pack as supplements are added or tasks withdrawn.</li><li>Conduct technical review of the tasks which could be called up by Maintenance Planning to ensure the following is identified: task intent, special requirements (jacking, defueling, repairs, shop input, test flights etc.) dependencies, materials required, tooling required, new supporting task cards required and any other information which will aid the planning process. Ensure all issues identified as part of the technical review process are followed up with the concerned departments and resolved prior to the start of each input</li><li>Ensure segregation of work packages into working zones/trades as per the work flow plan for proper and smooth execution of maintenance input prior to each event. Ensure the work pack is displayed in the production area as required.</li><li>Actively work on DBNU reduction for routine tasks by working with the materials coordinators to identify route causes and do the necessary adjustment to the spares set up on the tasks to ensure DBNU is minimized. Adjust MQs in UM to match the daily plan of tasks.</li><li>Receive and complete audit of all paperwork prior to CRS and ensure it conforms to all EPM and quality requirements. Any paperwork failing audit to be returned to Production for correction and logged for error reporting.</li><li>Complete all IT systems transactions including tasks status tracking in the 145 task tracking system, task card closure and work pack closure in UM. Generate a post check completion report and distribute to all relevant parties and dispatch completed work packs to Technical Records.</li><li>Creation of Maintenance facilitation procedures/tasks as required to support the planned maintenance execution.</li><li>Produce a detailed man-hours (MH) estimate for each assigned event to support the workflow and manpower planning process.</li><li>Highlight first time tasks, tasks with high task & access man-hours, expected defects from historical trend and other tasks impacting production work flow plan as part of the detailed Estimate Report for every check input.</li><li>Keep the estimation database up to date with each new task on Emirates fleet broken down as per task steps, trade wise estimated MH with concurrent task requirements and access panels.</li><li>Perform defect analysis for completed inputs in terms of Non-Routine estimation taking into consideration check type, aircraft type, age, and in service issues to determine technical impact for future layovers.</li><li>Post each completed input produce the man-hour analysis in terms of clocking/ man-hour utilization.</li><li>Review Feedback Discrepancies of Production Planning to support teams/departments of EK Engineering in terms of documentation discrepancies, man-hours, as well as initiating developmental change in AMM and other manuals of related EK Fleet.</li><li>Ensure all the planned work is packaged, segregated into daily activities and provided to production.
