<span>Your role We are looking for a proactive and technically inclined Sales Engineer to grow the BeaconMedaes MiddleEast – Aftermarket (QMS) business. Your mission is to drive spare parts sales, service contract sales and follow up opportunities for both direct and indirect sales, improve quotation turnaround, and strengthen relationships with Medical Gas Pipeline System (MGPS) customers – including distribution partners, hospitals, clinics, contractors etc. You will collaborate closely with Regional /Area Managers, Service Coordinators, Operations team and Field Service Technicians to ensure timely responses, accurate quotations, and excellent customer experience for all aftermarket interactions. Key Responsibilities Sales & Customer Support Drive distributor business growth across the QMS portfolio in the assigned territories inline with Divisional targets throughout the assigned region. Identify opportunities for new businesses like providing direct services for select customers, select services, testing services and training opportunities as well as direct contracts. Manage and execute spare parts and aftermarket service quotations, ensuring timely and accurate submissions. Process orders received, maintaining the integrity of the post sales process by acquiring the necessary PO, documentation, approvals and contract review process. Actively engaging in planned prospecting activities geared at increasing the customer base, and continually increase your market share Support Regional/Area Managers with small and medium-sized customer accounts, including contractors and medical facilities. Maintain structured follow-up on quotations, leads, RFQs, and open opportunities, improving win rate and customer satisfaction. Identify upselling and cross‑selling opportunities across QMS aftermarket portfolio (parts, services, service kits, upgrades). Assist in responding to Aftermarket campaigns, including outbound calls, emails, and customer engagement activities. Actively contribute to team efforts, meetings and discussions Order & Process Management Processing customer orders, ensuring accuracy of POs, documentation, pricing, product identification, and internal approvals. Coordinate with the logistics, service, and technical teams to ensure correct delivery, scheduling, and customer communication. Ensure timely order booking and revenue recognition for QMS aftermarket business. Technical & Product Support Support customers in identifying correct spare parts, assemblies, and service kits for Medical Air, Vacuum, AGSS, and Monitoring systems (BeaconMedaes portfolio). Assist Regional / Area Managers in mapping MGPS installed base and identifying service opportunities. Review technical documents (datasheets, BOMs, manuals) and ensure correct selections for parts and service proposals. CRM & Reporting Ensure all activities (quotes, leads, calls, opportunities, customer interactions) are correctly documented in CRM. Provide regular updates, sales reports, and market intelligence to the Aftermarket Team. Support accuracy of sales forecasting, pipeline planning, and performance tracking. The role will report to the Dubai-based Director of Program Management and Academic Operations, maintaining a close partnership with the Dubai team while simultaneously collaborating with faculty and staff from McDonough’s Office of the Dean, Graduate & Executive Degree Programs, Admissions, and Finance, as well as the Earth Commons Institute, and other central offices on Georgetown’s Hilltop Campus in Washington, DC.<br><br>Requirements And Qualifications<br><br>BA/BS required. Professionals with 6+ years of experience in operations/program/events management. Ability to work well with mid- to senior-level executives and faculty members, as well as a deep commitment to establishing strong relationships with students enrolled in the Athens-based degree programs. Must be capable of working efficiently with Canvas, Microsoft Office Suite, especially MS Excel, as well as the Google Suite of software. Fluency in Greek and English is required. The incumbent must reside within easy commuting distance of the Georgetown building in Athens, or be willing to relocate to within easy commuting distance of Athens at their own expense.<br><br>Preferred Qualifications<br><br>Prior experience in higher education or a customer-centric industry (e.g. hospitality, retail, etc.) and/or familiarity with the educational landscape in Greece or the Southeastern European region is a plus. Act as the PMC focal point for offshore materials control, ensuring timely availability of materials, equipment, and consumables to support uninterrupted offshore execution. Ensure materials handling, storage, preservation, and movements comply with HSE standards, company procedures, and regulatory requirements. Oversee EPC contractors’ materials management plans, logistics strategies, warehousing arrangements, and offshore supply chains. Monitor and control offshore material status, inventory levels, shortages, surpluses, and critical items, proactively identifying risks and mitigation actions. Coordinate closely with procurement, expediting, logistics, construction, and project controls teams to ensure material readiness aligns with offshore schedules. Review and endorse contractor deliverables related to materials management, including material control procedures, logistics plans, preservation plans, and offshore load‑out schedules. Ensure effective interface management between onshore warehouses, yards, marine logistics, and offshore installations. Track and report material movements, offshore inventory, consumption, and forecasts, ensuring accuracy and transparency. Support offshore construction teams by resolving material‑related issues that could impact productivity or schedule. Ensure proper receipt, inspection, tagging, storage, preservation, and traceability of offshore materials and equipment. Monitor compliance with material certification, documentation, and quality requirements, including MRBs and NCRs related to materials. Participate in constructability reviews, offshore readiness reviews, SIMOPS reviews, and risk assessments from a materials and logistics perspective. Act as the offshore liaison with EPC contractors, logistics providers, vessel operators, and client representatives on materials‑related matters. Support audits, inspections, and compliance reviews related to materials management and logistics activities. Promote continuous improvement, best practices, and lessons learned in offshore materials management and logistics execution. Provide guidance and support to offshore materials coordinators and contractor personnel, fostering strong coordination and accountability. Ensure accurate documentation, reporting, and close‑out of materials records, including surplus management, return to stock, and final handover documentation.<br><br>Qualifications<br><br>Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, civil engineering or equivalent from an accredited university with a minimum of fifteen (15) years of relevant experience in the Offshore/Onshore Oil & Gas industry, including minimum (5) years (preferred) in GCC region Must have at least five (5) years of experience in similar position in a mega Oil & Gas or Petrochemical projects.
