Company Overview Namiri Technology Services LLC provides tax integration software and services in the UAE, aligned with the e-Invoicing framework led by the Ministry of Finance (MoF) and Federal Tax Authority (FTA). Its flagship platform, Digi Tax, helps businesses transmit tax data simply, securely and efficiently. Digi Tax operates across Kenya, Nigeria, Zambia and the UAE through a single integration layer supporting multiple national e-invoicing regimes. The UAE framework follows a decentralised, Peppol-based five-corner model. Structured invoices are exchanged in the PINT AE format through Accredited Service Providers and reported to the FTA in near real time. The UAE mandate is entering its live phase. Businesses with annual revenue of AED 50 million or more must appoint an Accredited Service Provider by 30 October 2026, with mandatory issuance beginning on 1 January 2027 for this group. Additional cohorts will follow during 2027. Demand for technical integration support is therefore immediate and expected to grow. Guide customers through onboarding requirements, including ASP appointment, Emara Tax onboarding, Peppol identifier setup and master-data preparation. Help customers identify and close data gaps between their ERP and the UAE Data Dictionary. Escalate complex implementation matters and hand over clearly to Integrations and Engineering.
