Investigate security alerts related to phishing attacks, malware infections, ransomware activity, endpoint compromise, and email-based threats. Perform security policy configuration, tuning, optimisation, and improvements to enhance threat detection capabilities. Conduct threat analysis, incident investigation, containment, and remediation activities. Work with SOC teams to support security escalations, threat investigations, and incident response processes. Monitor security platforms and ensure security controls are properly configured and maintained. Support security assessments, audits, compliance activities, and operational documentation.<br>Required Skills & Experience5–6 years of experience in cybersecurity operations, endpoint security, or email security. Hands-on experience with endpoint and email security solutions such as Microsoft Defender for Endpoint, Proofpoint Email Security, Trend Micro Security Solutions, or Microsoft Exchange Online Protection. Strong understanding of endpoint protection, email security, phishing analysis, malware investigation, and security incident response. Experience managing security policies, investigating alerts, and performing threat remediation. Knowledge of email security protocols including SPF, DKIM, and DMARC. Experience integrating security tools with SIEM/SOC platforms. Relevant vendor certifications such as Microsoft security certifications, Proofpoint certifications, or Trend Micro certifications.<br>Preferred Skills Experience with Microsoft 365 security ecosystem. Knowledge of threat hunting techniques and security investigation processes. Experience supporting enterprise security operations. Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and documentation skills.
